Pronto Pizza and Pasta

Do not order take out from this place. 2 out of the last 3 times I ordered, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and I live around the corner. I know they forgot to put the order in. I’m not dumb. Then the second time The delivery guy tells me that they own the wing place next-​door and that the wing place delivery guy didn’t come in so he was pulling double duty delivering for the pizza place and the wing place, therefore my food comes one hour and a half later ice cold. I gave it another shot yesterday and the order actually came in right on time but the order was messed up. All I can do is laugh to myself and just say I’m never ordering from this place ever ever again and I will be telling everyone of my neighbors and friends the same exact thing.

I decided to give this place 2 stars simply because it’s a complete and total rip off. I ordered chicken parmigiana and when I received my food the pasta came in this little container. Like they thought I had the stomach of a two year old. I believe if you’re going to serve small portions you shouldn’t charge regular price. The food had a good taste, but it wasn’t fulfilling.
If you want to be over charged for a small portion this is the place for you.

I had penne a la vodka with grilled chicken and it was not great. I was not given bread and the penne was very average in terms of taste and the sauce was as well. I have enjoyed pizza from there so I was expecting the pasta to be just as good and it wasn’t. The staff was friendly, but I was very disappointed in my meal.

After patiently waiting an hour and a half for my order they mess up my order and delivered the wrong thing. I called and they said they would deliver the correct order right away ! Another hour has passed and I still do not have my order. I’ve been a long time customer but never again. I know mistakes happen but me having to wait over 2 hrs for an order is unacceptable

We eat here fairly frequently, the food is always very good. Friday night seems to be better than other nights, fried calamari followed by pasta with white clam sauce, that’s me every time; simply delicious. Make sure to say hello to Justin when you are there.

Just ok. Lots of by the slice options. Not enough pepperoni. Thick Crist was a bit too thick and dry bread like. Ok prices.

I thought being close to the city, I could get a good New York pizza. Apparently you have to go to the city because the pizza that we just had I could’ve got anywhere in the country. They need to make a trip to Brooklyn and go to a real pizza joint and see how they make it.

Nice lunch place. 2 Slices and a drink for $ 5.00. More importantly the pizza slices are big and taste great. There is a small parking lot but when full you can find parking in the street near by. Get there before 12 or after 1. Check it them out. Great Value.

Belly bites, oh belly bites your freebies always feed me so well. I was on the road and snagged my free slices and coke here. Their slices are thin and somewhat cheesy but they could use some more sauce. I recommend adding spices like pepper flakes or basil to give it more flavor.
I won’t argue much since it was free after all, besides it could’ve been worse!

We ordered the family special and the garlic knots were so hard we couldn’t even eat them. The pizza was alright, but not enough for me to want to order again.

I want to say thank you for doing the right thing and contact me for the error made, that how customer service works. That’s a big deal for me. You get extra points for that.

Like a normal bride, I wanted some fattening pizza the day before my wedding so my mom and I came here after getting our nails done at JCrystal. The guy at the front counter was very pleasant and gave great service. I’m a big fan of their chicken calzones and sicilian slices. The chicken calzones are huge and took us a while to scarf em down.

This pizza place is amazing! I love how its split in two sides. The restaurant has such a beautiful ambiance. Its good for kids and also lovely for a little pizza date. :-)

My family and I have been eating here, getting takeout, and delivery since the place opened. The food is always good. They have whole-​wheat pizza, too. The staff is super friendly.

Gluten free pizza!!! And it’s delish! I was very impressed!

Let’s talk about how the people at Pronto Pizza messed up my delivery. We ordered a pie and some zeppoles. We got the pizza but no z’s. Called up and they said they would deliver within 30 – 40 minutes. About an hour and twenty minutes have gone by and my pregnant wife is ready to kill me because these people still have not delivered.

I ordered chicken parm on a platter and my husband got a burger. Our total wait time was supposed to be 40 minutes it took an hour and a half. I called to see what was the hold up and they didn’t even place the order nor knew the address yet they had already charged my card. When the food got here provided no utensils, no sauce, and no straws. Also, the burger was cold, and so were the fries. My chicken parm was stiff, cold, and the cheese looked like it had been melted a week ago. Sides of the chicken were burnt which led me to believe that it was just overheated OLD chicken parm. Very disappointed …

Stay away! I ordered a Family Feast at 6:05. I was told 45 mins to an hour. An hour and 20 mins later I get cold pizza and garlic knots, warm soda and a salad that is falling out of the container. And the best part, the top of the box was crushed into the pizza and I lost about a half a slice. The box top looked like a crime scene of grease, sauce and cheese. The driver was unsympathetic. I called while the driver was here and was told I could keep the food. Lol I had to reheat the pizza and knots in my oven. Thanks for nothing. Never again.

My boyfriend taught me about this place. We are obsessed with their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza — it’s kind of disgusting in the best way possible. Greasy, oily, cheesy, gooey, meaty, onion-​y mess. He can eat half a pie himself. I usually can only manage to get a slice or two down before I feel guilty. So good it’s sinful.

Came here with friends for dinner. The restaurant is located in an arcade with a small lot. There’s a door closer to the lot but when you enter, you’re right in the middle of the restaurant. The front entrance is facing the street and you can enter the main restaurant through the pizza restaurant to the right.
The place has about 9 tables as well as bar seating. Here’s what we ordered:
–appetizer special ($ 9): prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with pesto sauce drizzled on top. The prosciutto was over cooked.
–Cavatelli Bolognese ($ 16): large portion of pasta but felt the sauce was a bit bland or rather, missing something. I ended up adding pepper and parmesan cheese and that helped, but it seemed like the pasta was too doughy for the sauce. There was too much pasta substance.
–Veal Saltimbocca ($ 18) with a side of spaghetti: the prosciutto made it salty and the spaghetti wasn’t anything spectacular.
–Chicken Rollatini ($ 18) with side of potatoes: moist chicken wrapped in prosciutto (didn’t taste too salty). The side of potatoes was very good: moist, seasoned well and would be perfect with eggs in the morning!
We were given garlic bread once we sat and the service was standard. Food, portions and price were decent. Wouldn’t necessarily come back.
