Wow! You have to try this restaurant. Wonderful, friendly service, casual, cozy dining. The food was the best we’ve had in months! Start w/the lobster rangoons. They are mouth watering creations you’ll dream of afterwards… seriously! The mango salad was inspired and as fresh tasting as it gets. The curry dish and noodle dish we had for entrees was like eating in a 5-star gourmet restaurant. And the prices are very reasonable. Wherever you are, it’s worth a trip to dine here. You will not be disappointed, I promise!

I went to AA Garden Fusion for my Birthday. Kim was our server and she made us feel more welcome then I have ever felt in a restaurant. The food was fresh and excellent. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. The next day my son and I came back and she remembered us and knew our names… we came back for dessert… yum yum… I would like to add that the atmosphere was just as wonderful.

The food was awesome. I tried the Vietnamese spring rolls, grilled pork noodles, sriracha shrimp and stir fried noodles. The spring rolls with the peanut sauce was classic. The pork noodles was surprisingly cold. It was written in the menu it would be cold but I expected it to be room temperature. It took me some time but I started enjoying this salad style dish. The stir-fried noodles tasted like something I always imagined fried noodles to be but never found. Just amazing. The sriracha shrimp was a great dish too.

I am originally from Hong Kong but have lived in New York City many years. I also own several restaurants so I understand the restaurant dynamics. I am a foodie so I have eaten many places in LA, Chicago, and Minneapolis, but hands down to AA Garden Fusion’s cuisine. Chicken phở is extraordinary!

My sister and I came to this restaurant while she was visiting me in Orlando for the weekend and we decided to have a beach day with the dogs. We had a a wonderful time here, stumbled upon this quaint place. The food was delicious! And the owner took time to speak with us and was super friendly and sweet! The staff was great as well. Perfect ending to a great day!

If you order in your box at this restaurant you will be somewhat disappointed. I had the chicken fried rice and it was very dry. Seemed all rice not much veggies. Better to let the staff suggest. I give it 3.5 stars.

The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Everything was served fresh and right from the kitchen. The owners are a delight and they really care about the customer. I would go back whenever I’m back for vacation. Amazing place!

To be fair, I live in NY and have so many options when it comes to Asian food. The food was ok, the wait staff was very friendly but the meal just didn’t wow me. I’ll try it again next time I’m in town, just hoping for fresher veggies.

I love this place. One of favorites in the area. Everything I’ve tried there was very good. Salmon is amazing. Phở is some of the best I’ve had. Very nice décor, ambiance and service. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for, especially because of the location.

Delicious vegetarian curry with each element offered to be tailored to my preferences based on their offerings. As you might guess the service was excellent and very friendly. Parking, WiFi, Sunny décor to pair with the views out the windows.

This may be the cutest Vietnamese Café ever! THESCENE To know me is to know I’m a planner. I just about don’t do anything or go anywhere without doing a little research first. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t always follow my plans, but I MUST(at the very least) know as much as I can about an area I’m traveling to prior to my visit. I’d be brokenhearted if I got all the way back home after vacationing just to find out I was seconds away from something awesome to see, eat or do! To know me is to also know I love themes, and this particular Christmas vacation was titled PHOc’d UP!!! We made it a point to try as many bowls of phở at as may different Florida restaurants as we could. To be honest, Florida’s Vietnamese restaurants seem to like their phở rather sweet… too sweet in our opinion. After trying 6 different restaurants we were about to give up our phở journey, but the ratings @ AA Garden Fusion were just too dang irresistible to miss the opportunity to give them a try. We are sooooo glad we did! Turns out it was the best food experience of our trip! THEEXPERIENCE Nestled in the quaint little beach village of New Smyrna, AA Garden Fusion seemed more like a cool coffee house/bar than restaurant. Seating is divided into three areas: Outdoor patio, bar area and a small intimate dining area just off to the side in the front of the restaurant. That is where we sat. We were lucky to have it all to ourselves since it was New Year’s Eve and it hadn’t quite yet gotten busy. My wife mentioned tea and one of the staff overheard her and brought out a box of specialty teas. Being a Georgia girl, what she really wanted was good old fashion southern sweet tea, so she declined. We didn’t need the menus. We knew exactly what we wanted. BEEFPHO(5 stars) | $ 10.95 meatball | $ 11.95 meatball & rib eye steak The darker meatballs were beef while the lighter meatballs were chicken. That was a first. Also, it came with so many noodles that I had plenty left over once my belly was satisfied(another first)! The phở broth here was also sweet, but far more balanced than the other Vietnamese restaurants we had experienced in Florida up to this point. TOTESADORBS this place! VEGETABLEPHO(4.5 stars) | $ 10.95 Although our server said the veggie phở used the same beef broth as ours, it tasted completely different to me. My wife loved it and really loved the huge portion of rice noodles! They will use the chicken broth if requested. SHRIMPFRIEDRICE(5 stars) | $ 13.95 «This may be the best fried rice I’ve had in my life!» my wife exclaimed with my children nodding enthusiastically in agreement(and on beat) as if they had just watched A Night at the Roxbury! I also began rocking out in agreement as «what is love» played in my head. Hey, good food makes you do some strange things at the dinner table! —– Our only negative experience was the unusual wait time to receive our food. Since I take a ton of pictures everywhere I go, I compared the time on my first interior shot as we entered to my first pic of the phở as it arrived at our table. The disparity between the two was 45 minutes. It was particularly odd because we were just about the only diners in the restaurant(minus a couple on the patio). I honestly don’t think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes for phở, but our server discounted our meal while apologizing for the wait. THEVERDICT The food had us head nodding in sync as we ate, that alone should tell you we had a deliciously wonderful time! Afterwards we walked the Flagler Avenue strip all the way down to the beach and bought ice cream cones while waiting for the 9pm NYE fireworks show. IF New Smyrna is not on your beach loving radar, you need to add it! We had a great time, and it all started with an awesome bowl of phở. NOTES Arrived @ 4:22 pm Phở @ 5:07pm 2016⁄2

Delicious! The Singaporean Noodles were wonderful! The Phở was very tasty, with a very nice cut of steak! If you happen to be in or near Flagler, this is the place to eat! Co-owner Kim made us feel at home, and Dakota made sure we never needed anything.

4.5 stars Solid. We eat a lot of Asian and unfortunately find for the most part the service and attitudes sub par at most of these establishments. NOTHERE! Everything was TOPNOTCH. From the moment we walked in the Owner was one of the most pleasant women i have ever met. She and her staff catered to all our families needs. Unprecedented. To boot… the place was super clean, food was super fresh, and the flavors were amazing. We had Tuna Sliders, Satay Chicken, Mussels(which my daughter MUSTHAVE. I really thought I would be disappointed here… but they were great), Phở, Singapore Noodles, and Curry Chicken. All stellar! Too bad we were just passing through… we would definitely be regulars.

A wonderful place, and an excellent waiter, Ian, thank you. He was very helpful, informed and efficient. The back patio is very conducive to a pleasant meal, with fountain, bamboo, orchids, sculptures from Mexico and Asian. The complimentary pumpkin soup was superbly cooked, delicate and basil filled. The pot stickers were some of the best we’ve had, lightly toasted. The house chardonnay was delicious and a deal at $ 5., says my companion. The tuna sliders were something we will try at home, with small veggies mixed in, panned cooked, but not at all greasy, more crispy. Comes with yucca fries, with nice zingy flavoring. The pork stir-fried noodles(rice noodles) was very much like pad Thai and I especially liked the marinated high quality pork. Next time we are in town we will come here for a few meals. A wonderful experience all around.

Do not leave without trying the Mochi !!! It’s a dessert they offer, and it’s absolutely delicious. Our waitress was a delight, very kind and attentive. Not to mention, my date’s and my dish were cooked to perfection.

I love everything about AA Garden Fusion. The restaurant is delightfully decorated and has a nice variation in seating options including a front patio area for lunch, inside dining area, and an outside dining area in the back for dinner. They are dog friendly too. Our server was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We knew what we wanted, but she helped confirm that we were making delicious choices. My wife and I ordered the Grilled Chicken Noodle Salad and the Poke Tacos. I couldn’t resist tacking on a side order of Kimchi for $ 2. As the AA Fusion name implies the food is a fusion of different cultures with a dominant Asian theme. The Poke Tacos were absolutely out of this world delicious! The Poke was made from beautiful cuts of yellowfin tuna and marinated to traditional Hawaiian perfection. The seaweed salad, napa cabbage and guacamole came together in magical fashion. The cabbage provided a nice texture contrast against the tuna, and the guac provided a nice richness. These little bites of perfection were wrapped in a grilled tortilla and drizzled with a yogurt cilantro sauce. My side order of Kimchi was equally delicious. I don’t have a lot of Korean food options near me, so this was a nice treat. My wife’s Grilled Chicken Noodle Salad represented AA Fusion’s riff on a traditional Vietnamese bun. Their version lacks the dominant licorice flavor of Thai basil that I’ve had in other buns, but adds larger chunks of fresh cut veggies such as onion, carrots and daikon. The chicken was very tender and had a nice, fresh grilled flavor. The fish sauce was delightful and perfectly balanced. This was another well executed dish. Between our two meals and the side dish of kimchi we were well fed as our taste buds danced between Hawaiian, Vietnamese, Korean and Mexican inspired flavors. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back. Everything about our experience was superb.

I don’t go often to Vietnamese restaurants, but I wanted to stay away from burgers, fries, wraps and other regular items while visiting New Smyrna Beach. This is a nice house turned into a restaurant that due to its vibrant colors and ambiance, invites one to try what they have in the menu. I had the opportunity to appreciate three items: — Steak and meatball Phone: 7⁄10. It was good, but here in Jacksonville FL we have a restaurant called Bowl of Phone that serves this same Phone but with much better flavor, and with more vegetables to add to it. — Sriracha Lime Shrimp: 8/10, nice dish with a very nice seasoned jumbo shrimp. — Asian Fusion Salmon: 9/10, indeed they know how to prepare the salmon. I noticed that it was fresh, very well seasoned. I had a nice lunch here. Vietnamese cuisine is said«is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and reliance on herbs and vegetables… is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide». Wikipedia. Hey! I even feel better now writing this review! Definitely enjoyed my time here. I was full and satisfied, but not overwhelmed like one feels after having eaten a big burger, lots of fries, and a extra large soda.

The restaurant scene in New Smyrna Beach is really coming into it’s own with the introduction of AA Garden Fusion. This recently refurbished piece of NSB history was amazingly transformed into a beautiful restaurant with a great vibe and the owners are really making their mark in the area. It’s very refreshing to walk into a local family owned business where the focus is on the customer and the cuisine and it’s that simple. Once you walk through the doors it’s apparent that you will have a great experience the service is outstanding and very attentive. They have created a menu that crosses over several cultures ensuring anyone dining here will find something they can enjoy. The restaurant’s décor instills a sense of calmness and relaxation which is exactly what a beachside restaurant of this caliber should do. There are very few restaurants in the area that allows you to enjoy a great meal in a quality environment. We ordered the vegetable and pork pot stickers to start they were filled with fresh ingredients and pan fried perfectly very simple but delicious. Entrees included shrimp curry with white rice extra spicy of course but they will accommodate your palate so don’t hesitate to ask. The flavors of the curry exploded in my mouth the combination of spices paired with fresh shrimp and sweet potatoes created one of the best curries I’ve eaten in sometime. The texture was amazing the portion was perfect. Next came the Chicken Phở in a very large bowl filled with a savory broth with a hint of sweet fragrances that I couldn’t completely identify add in the fresh cut Thai Basil and the assortment of bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers etc and you’ve created your own custom bowl of happiness. Over-all a great experience and it was so nice to meet the owners and feel their compassion for the food, the customers and the community we definitely will be regulars here.
