Comfort Inn

This is the second time we have stayed here. We have a large family of six (with four small children) and finding accommodations can be tough. The first time we stayed here, we had the opportunity to stay in a room that accommodated all of us. This trip, I booked two adjoining rooms, both with double beds. The rooms are a nice size, they are clean and comfortable. The beds are somewhat hard. My kids absolutely love the pool here. The fitness center is rather small but has enough equipment to get by. I think that the price is really reasonable for the stay. There are a number of local restaurants nearby. The hotel is very convenient to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and other roadways. We are in a safe area with no major concerns. Overall nice hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Continental breakfast from 6:00 AM TO 9:00 AM Monday through Friday and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM Saturday, Sunday and HOLIDAYS. We were disappointed to go down for breakfast at 9:30 AM to find it already shut down. I guess this Comfort Inn and it’s staff does not recognize VETERAN’S DAY as a holiday. When I pointed it out to the staff, they just shrugged their shoulders. I was more disappointed in the lack of recognition of Veteran’s Day by the hotel and staff than the lack of breakfast.
The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is that the young lady who checked us in the night of 11/​10/​2014 (long dark hair worn up) was very professional and polite. She changed our non-​smoking room, which smelled of cigarette smoke out for a different non-​smoking room, which just smelled musty.

Join the chains frequent-​stay rewards program (Choice Privileges) prior to booking. There is no cost or obligation, and they really do seem to both recognize it, and value it here! Very professionally greeted, and thanked for being a member, plus a nice little thank you «goodie bag» too. NBD, but definitely a nice touch. Even at full-​service Marriott’s, best I’ve ever got was «yeah, your #‘s in there». Very impressed, so far! Stand by for full review…

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great complimentary breakfast! Good size parking lot, and indoor pool. Great for the price. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and if I was passing through here I’d stay again.

Place is nice. Not the best location, but Bön Evans right next door.
Hotel is clean, beds are fairly comfortable for a Comfort Inn and the front desk was VERY helpful.
Ample parking, which is nice.
