Fairfield Inn & Suites – New Stanton

So we actually haven’t stayed at this hotel yet but I will update the review afterwards. This review is just about the phenomenal customer service that we’ve received so far. I didn’t see any reviews on here from past weddings, so I wanted to make sure there was one on Unilocal for anyone getting married in the future around this area and checking out this hotel. My wedding is going to be held in Scottsdale and this was the hotel that we chose because they were able to offer a larger room block than the other nearby hotels. We have been working with Heather and she has been so helpful. She sends us updates on our block reservations without being asked (it helped us make sure that certain people booked in time). She is always able to answer any questions promptly and offer multiple options to us for any questions. I’m extremely impressed with the service at this hotel and she made it an extremely stress free process. I have no worries about this hotel and the wedding day and I can’t wait to be there in a few weeks!

I was traveling into the Mt Pleasant /​New Stanton area without any hotel reservations so I went to Unilocal and found a listing for this property. The Unilocal review listed is as being new. It is a nice addition to the burg of New Stanton which has a lot of hotels but many are starting to show their age. This is a nice, new addition to the lodging options.
Being relatively new — the property is sparkling clean, the rooms are nicely furnished, the staff was very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. And — as with most Fairfields — a free hot breakfast is included.
And — anyone who’s familiar with New Stanton knows there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from (a lot of variety from BBQ to Chinese to fast food to steakhouses).
Great place to stay.

Okay, we got the straight dope about the kids running up and down the hall… they’re not related to the owners, they’re a traveling hockey team that have been plaguing this hotel all weekend. I’m not sure that changes my review much, in that the hotel SHOULD do something about problems like this, but they aren’t. The room service people told us they’ve been receiving calls and complaints from other guests all weekend long.

Clean room; front desk was friendly. Not a lot to chose from in this area. This is probably the best of the lot. Only nit was that the Marriott system couldn’t find my membership number — I guess that’s why I stay at Hilton properties.

Very solid, reliable chain hotel that checked all of the boxes: about $ 100/​night, free wireless, indoor pool and hot tub, free continental breakfast with items continuously being restocked by hotel staff, free coffee all day, friendly staff, free newspapers, clean room, comfortable bed… everything you’d expect. Also far enough back from the main road so road noise was not an issue.
This might sound silly, but I thought the continental breakfast was very well-​curated. Plenty of hot and cold options, as another reviewer mentioned.
We were in town for a nearby wedding and I’m glad this was the suggested hotel. It’s right off of I-​70 and the turnpike, so if you’re passing through and need a comfy place to crash, this is your place.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Annapolis. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Room and bathroom were clean. Nice towels. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Jeff: I’m just going to have a pros and cons list. Pros: Heated indoor pool, 12 o’clock check out, best complimentrly breakfast I’ve ever eaten, comfortable bed, clean, split bathroom sink and shower. Cons: none.
Chris: Is it ethically alright for me to say we got it on priceline? Well, we did and it was worth at least double what we payed. The rooms seem newly remolded and don’t smell like smoke. Breakfast was served to 10am. The bed was very comfortable and the 32 inch LG TV with HBO was also very nice.
Ryan: The breakfast had waffles, egg sandwiches, trix, bagels, good coffee and lots of other stuff. The beds were very nice. Good job.
