A franchise chain, with all its strengths and weaknesses. Average pizza, at best, with an occasional fun choice like the Taco pizza. The dining area isn’t large, so with a popular buffet line and lots of kids, it gets pretty loud.

Taco pizza!!! I come here about once a year when I am home visiting and am always overjoyed with the quality and flavor. Thanks for always being awesome!

OMG for real for real these guys are the king of taco pizza, all time, for real!!! Happy Joe claims to be the inventor of taco pizza, and I believe him. Sioux Falls had a Happy Joe’s when I was a kid — it closed when I was about ten. Tonight it was stormy and I was in New Ulm and I found Happy Joe’s. I ordered a small taco pizza and it TASTEDEXACTLYTHESAMEASTWENTYYEARSAGO. I’m still kind of reeling. It’s seriously no joke, though. Life-changing.

Fast, efficient, staff is friendly. This is the best Happy Joe’s location I have been to. Good pizza, great to take the kids to.
