I needed to secure a storage spot after my belongings in a rental home started getting moldy. The manager, spent at least a half hour with me and my mom going over pricing, showing us around the facility and setting us up with a room. We are pleased with the space, love the 24 hour access and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff.

Don’t give them your information, they are one of the most harassing places to do business with! This goes for any of their locations, they are run by two old ladies in Poughkeepsie & have a «GM» Judy Mottor (who is a dizzy blow hard) that will insist on calling you if you leave without choosing them REPEATEDLY! I found them to be overanxious and annoying. Plenty of other competitors in the area to choose from. Oh 1 more important thing Guardian plays a game with there prices depending on how desperate they are to rent out a space, I’m sure they all play this game, but Guardians the worst!

I’ve used several storage facilities in the area and this place is a really good spot. They have ²⁴⁄₇ access to your storage and they also have indoor storage units. I use an outdoor unit and have had no issues. The facility is gated for security.
Though I have had an instance of poor customer service, the owners take complaints very seriously which is what has kept me as a customer.
