Gave this place one final chance, but their attitudes are consistent. I’ve never seen such miserable people at a place called Happy Garden.

I think this place is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the New Windsor area. They are fast and never had a problem with my order. Typical Chinese take out is what I get. Like their egg rolls.

I think this place has changed owners in the past few months. I have been going here for my Chinese fix since it opened about 8 years ago. I usually order the steamed vegetable dumplings and the steamed vegetables with bean curd and garlic sauce. I find this to be consistently delicious. They have brown rice!

This is the best Chinese food place I ever went too… there steamed dumplings are amazing and you have to get the plum sauce that goes with it so amazing. I love pouring that sauce on my rice too gives it a kick… what else the Lo mein is okay the best thing I’ve had is the sesame chicken can’t find it better than anywhere but here! Love this place

This is one of my go-​to place for Chinese take out. Their Singapore Chow Mei Fun (Curry Rice Noodle w/​Chicken, Pork, & Shrimp) is pretty good by comparison to other places I tried around the area. Their Moo Shu and General Tso’s Chicken are good too. The GT Chicken is always crispy. Sometime their food can be a bit greasy /​salty (hit and miss), but that’s pretty much synonymous for most Chinese take out places…
