I’ve been using this Radio Shack for a very long time, dating back to the 1990’s.
The staff have always been polite and professional when I go in here. Some employees are more knowledgeable than others, but they will always try to figure out a solution to whatever project you are working on.
The current daytime manager, who has been here for several years, is extremely knowledgeable and has helped guide me while I’ve worked on small electrical projects.
Some of the employees have more knowledge on the common items that Radio Shack tries to push as a corporation (ie, cell phones), while others are very knowledgeable on the small, everyday projects you may be working on.
I’ve had issues with some of the Radio Shack name brand products, and I don’t have complete faith in buying some of those items. But they are very fair with their return policy and will take items back hassle-​free.
The reason I still shop here is not because of their merchandise, but because of the customer service I get while buying certain products.
