Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

I’m not sure what Meh means exactly but its a fun word I might use, at some point.
The staff was helpful, but arrogant, and the barely efficient products were overpriced and weren’t warrantied. This seems like a store that caters mostly to people who are visiting the area for camping or other summer excursions. They realize they forgot their phone chargers, they desperately scour around for the nearest Verizon store, and they pay the premium prices because they don’t have a choice. Actually, the choice is to be without their phones for a day or two but this is an inconceivable concept, in today’s reality.
When visiting this store, in desperation, bear in mind that none of the expensive products you buy can be returned for a refund if they don’t work properly. The store allows exchanges only, within fourteen days, and the products can only be exchanged at this specific store. Again, since it’s my assessment that most of their customers are passing visitors, the store owners know that they can sell what they want, for the prices they want, without worries or concerns.
My best advice: When traveling, always have some kind of phone charger, make sure the restaurant you’re eating in has one that is compatible with your device, or make the extreme sacrifice of going without your phone for a couple of days.
