Went to the Newburg NY store to exchange a 1 week old phone, the associate Matt exchanged the phone for me and offered to exchange the screen protector with it. At the time they were out of stock on the screen protector and he’d ship it to my home address. I was told it would take a week. 2 weeks later I called Matt, he told me it was on it’s way. A week later I called and he said it was on it’s way. I asked for a tracking number and he told me he couldn’t find it readily available and told me it would be at my home no later the May 26, 2015, I called and spoke with Amber a supervisor, after some checking I was informed it was on back order still. Why would I be told that it was already shipped? This is exactly what’s wrong with businesses nowadays, no integrity and piss poor customer service. I will never do business with this company again!

I came in for a new sim card to activate a used I phone I have previously purchased. It was easy to see that the line was warped around the front reception desk with no receptionist, I waited a good 30 min before a representative could get to me. I then spent another 40 min trying to activate my phone. Unfortunately; there was nothing they can do and I still left with a free sim card. The wait was the worst part, but once you get through that it not so bad. The lady that helped me was professional and polite.

Avoid going into this store. The customer service is unprofessional where I had to seek for help. Other customers were so fed up they simply walked out. And when I managed to get assistance I was rushed into an agreement where I had no clue what I just purchased. There’s long lines(1hr to 2hr wait) and only 1 – 2 representatives to assist your needs. I’ve even tried calling and the representative that answered had no enthusiasm to help and had an attitude as of why am I calling this location. I don’t recommend this store or it’s service. Avoid the troubles.

This place has the worst customer service. The sales associates see you walk in and look at phones but don’t even say hello or ask if you need help. They see you waiting for their help and they help other people who walked in after you. There is no organization and they have customers on phones with customer service in the middle of the floor arguing about their plan… Just not a good vibe especially since I was thinking about jumping from AT&T to sprint. I might have to really think about that decision after what I experienced.

2 for 2 now with walking in with a broken cell phone and having a brand new one for no extra money a week later. Sprint service may not be great, but the customer service is impressive. A lot of company’s could learn a lesson from it.
