The yogurt was decent, and the shop was pretty clean. However, the staff was incredibly rude. I won’t be going back.

Yummy! Great flavor selections and toppings. Love how you can mix two different flavors to create another unique flavor.

This place is great. Not much to say as you get what you expect. Delicious frozen yogurt with tons of options for toppings. We love this place and my daughter couldn’t be happier when we stop by. Staff could be a little friendlier but since there’s little to no interaction(only when you pay) we don’t care and won’t impact my review. You can go there, do your thing, pay for it and you’re good to go. We love this place and will be back many times!

«Frozen Yogurt? Barf! I’m not touching that stuff!» That’s my typical response when my wife & kids ask me to visit some place I’ve never been to in my life. Family has tried so many times to drag me out to this place finally giving up. Well I recently joined them on a visit and to my surprise this place had«cookie crunch» that yummy stuff Carvel puts in the center of their ice cream cakes. Well, I stared at that topping thinking, «I’m going to buy some of this stuff in a cup to take home but how dumb would that be!» So I took the plunge to taste a vanilla flavor and was astonished how much I’ve missed out all these years. Frozen yogurt was yummy and went great with my cookie crunch topping. Personal epiphany aside this place is great. We visit fairly often and the toppings section always appears to be clean and well kept. If savage children come in dipping their yogurt filled spoons into the various toppings I would never know because the bar is kept tidy/clean. Make sure you sign up at the small kiosk by the register with your phone number. After several visits or purchases(I think 10) you get a free cup of their frozen treats(yogurt).

So happy we have a hoopla close by. Great flavored clean place. Just wish they kept the pretzel flavor and key lime pie

I love this place! All the different flavors and toppings. My only thing I don’t like about this place is the vanilla custard at times. Sometimes it’s a perfect smooth consistency but on many occasions it’s grainy and it affects the flavor. But other than that this place is great. Wonderful environment and friendly staff.

I have never heard of the name or the place until I came home from a trip and my friends were raving about this ice cream place. They talked about hoopla so much we had to go. Hoopla is a soft serve frozen yogurt and I think there is a small amount of ice cream in there. I have had frozen yogurt before. I’m not a huge ice cream fan but to me frozen yogurt taste the same. First I have to say from a business standpoint it is genius. This location is extremely small. Located in Newly built plaza. I had never been to hoopla before and did not know the process. First they have a station where you pick out a bowl or a cone. They even have little sample cups for you to try different flavors. Then you have to choose from the 15+ types all is soft serve. Hoopla offers everything from cocoa to tropical punch. You then have to push the lever down and pour the ice cream yourself. Then after you select your desired amount of ice cream. You go to the first toppings station. There are a lot of cookies and pretzel stuff at this station. Then you go to station number two where it is all candy. Then there is hot toppings station. The last is a sprinkles station with many different colored sprinkles. The last step if you weigh your ice cream bowl and they charge you by the pound LB. It is cheap. If you went to DQ or cold stone you would be paying 6 bucks easy, for one ice cream here we got 2 ice creams for $ 6 and change. I’m not a huge ice cream person and don’t eat a lot. By the end of my decision making I couldn’t take the music anymore it was soo loud almost as loud as a club. I’m not kidding. This place only had 1 employee on duty. This is genius from a business standpoint. They are offering low cost product. Where consumers make everything there self, to there liking. They are generating there employees hourly income in 2 ice cream sales. The rest is there’s. PROS: –cheap(you pay by LB) –good variety of flavors&toppings CONS — music was too loud — inside was too small — no instructions on how the process Worked

The first many times we came here we LOVED it. The yogurt was the best in town. They had my favorite plain(California) tart as well as some other tart flavors and the ability to mix the two outer flavors to get a mix of both in a twist. They had many many other non tart flavors to please my husband and friends. They have many many toppings which are fresh and delicious; a wide variety of fruit as well as chocolate and candies. Additionally, they served complimentary watermelon water which was great! As time went on they started putting a third unique flavor in the middle of where the twisted mix of the two outer flavors should be. This was disappointing but not a deal breaker.(Although it was a bit misleading as the way it is set up leads you to think you are getting a twist when you are really not.) Also, the water cooler has gone MIA so there has not been any complimentary watermelon water.(Again, this isn’t a deal breaker as it’s a yogurt place, not a flavored water place, but still it’s disappointing.) The past three visits have been less exciting. In the first of the two visits everything was a little on the melty side and INCREDIBLY sweet. The tart was not tart at all and the sweet flavors were too sweet to enjoy.(Say my friends who like the sweet. I only enjoy the tart.) The workers I spoke with didn’t seem to know what caused the change. This visit was so bad that we had to remind our selves how good it had always been to motivate ourselves to go back again. The second and third of these visits was better in that the yogurt wasn’t melty anymore but they had removed the plain tart and replaced it with a flavored tart that was more sweet than tart. As I don’t really enjoy the sweet flavors I didn’t have any. I expressed my disappointment on the third visit and a worker said she also encountered the same problem with the owners choosing to mix things up all the time. She was trying to convince them to keep a few standard flavors but they were resistant. If they put back the plain California tart and kept the temperature low so things didn’t get too sweet and melty then I will up my stars to 5. But as it was the last time I went in I would have to give it a 3. Or maybe even less because I can’t enjoy without a plain tart, non sweet option. On the plus side, the workers are always friendly and helpful. The place is clean and there is ample seating. As far as fro yo goes. I’d say they were less expensive than many others I have visited; especially on Mondays. You can fill your cup for under $ 4 on Monday!

LOVE this place! Friendly, clean, lots of healthy options — and plenty of not-so-healthy for the less health conscious — lots of free samples, fun atmosphere, great place to bring the family for a treat.

My family and I come here at least once a week. They have a huge selection of frozen yogurt and plenty of junk food toppings. I wish they had more fresh fruit but, Winter is ending and a lot of fruit is not in season yet. I wish they had organic fruit, I’d pay extra for that. I think it’s hard to advertise as «Healthy» with a bunch of GMO candy on top of our yogurt but, the flavors are awesome and you don’t have to add candy. The manager is very friendly and the place is always clean when I come in. If you sign in with your number, you get points and txt with coupons. It’s a good place to go for a snack :)
