You know, they do a good job when they actually do their job.
Every single time I have dropped off or have my laundry picked up the laundry is never ready when they say it’s going to be ready. They said to be ready the next day, it never is. They have never picked up or dropped off my laundry in a timely manner, it can take up to six hours, after when they tell me they’re going to drop it off, to actually get my laundry.
I also have never been able to find a manager or owner to speak to about the issues. So I don’t know if there even is one.

I’ll keep this short and simple. I’ve been living in this neighborhood for a couple of years and have been a customer of this laundromat. AND Thank God for the new management. It’s extremely kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, the staff is very nice and helpful. (Suan, the manager is friendly, down to earth, and accommodating)
I’ve used there dry cleaning service which is pretty reasonable in price and my garments are delivered on time, pressed neatly, and what I bring into the store I take with me. I’ve never had a missing garment nor some random person’s added to mine.
Loyal customer till I move!

This place is closest to me, thats the main reason I go here. They lose my things sometimes and i end up with peoples socks and old underwear but thats the risk of drop off. cheap and for the most part on time.
A bonus is that they are cleaner than most of the laundry spaces here and track you by number in an automated system.

Probably the worst laundromat I’ve been to. I was so happy it was near my apartment and they did a good job the first few times which is the only reason I’m leaving two stars.
Last time I went there (about three weeks ago) I dropped my clothes off on a Tuesday. The ticket said it would be ready by Thursday. I went back Friday morning to see my bag of clothes sitting on the floor in the middle of the laundromat with other bags. The young man said the clothes sitting in that pile were going to be delayed due to the dryers all being out of order…
Okay. Don’t you think we should have been contacted? Or it should have been figured out by then? I asked if I could take my clothes back and he said I could and that I would have a credit for next time. I did not want a credit because after this I never want to return back to ACM Suds. So I asked when they would be ready and he said Tuesday. So a solid WEEK after I dropped my clothing off it would be ready. I was so annoyed but I also didn’t have time to take it anywhere else so I left it.
They finally called when it was ready and I picked it up and it was fine but didn’t really smell like any softener or anything like it usually does. Also I got a «Sorry.» when I picked it up. If they really want anyone to return after this ridiculous dryer nonsense, they should think about offering something to customers. There are laundromats on almost every corner up here which I learned today after dropping my clothes off and they were able to even do it same day! And the dryers worked! At a laundromat! Imagine that!

Generally I am a fan of this place and their courteous service– I’ve been a customer for years. However, the place has now been closed for several days, with my laundry inside. There is no signage on the gate, no voice mail system or any additional contact information to get some answers, and I never received any notice about the place closing. I just want my clothes back!!!

No real complaints. Fast, not too expensive, and the people are nice. Once I found a few extra clothing items in there and I have to call them to check to see if it’s ready which are the only reasons I gave them 4 out of 5. SN: I’ve only used their wash and fold service.

I hate this damn laundromat. Dryers suck and it’s expensive. Can’t wait for the one a couple blocks up to open soon.

They charged $ 18 per dress because they are «party dresses» and then when I picked them up the pits of the dresses still smelled poorly. It’s like they didn’t clean the dresses at all, only ironed them. Really disappointed.

Have been getting my clothes done on a wash and fold service here for 6 months. They’ve never lost or ruined any pieces of my clothing. Granted, their change in management meant it took them a little longer, but if you’re gonna conplain-​wash the damn clothes yourself!
Everything is always nicely folded and tightly packed and comes out fresh and nice. A conlnvient service that is a luxury I like to work into my weekly budget.
Not super sure that they should really be advertising same day service, but waiting and extra day hasn’t ever worried me.

Under New Management and the laundry service has been downgraded to rudeness by the women who answer the phones and receives the laundry orders.
Delivery scheduling is unpredictable and I have lost multiple clothing items as well as received other people’s clothing in my deliveries. Avoid them!

I have done laundry *wash & fold* service with them 4 times now.
— The 1^st time I went to them somehow an image from a shirt or something got transferred onto a pair of light colored jeans which were worn once & were brand new. They washed them for me free of charge but the image was still grey and right on the pocket. I took the jeans to the cleaners and didn’t have much luck.
–2^nd time, I received my laundry with a bunch of towels in the laundry that were not mine, along with a pair of work pants destroyed with a cardboard paper almost glued to the inside of my pant leg, washed again with no luck of getting out out.
—* They granted me 30 $ credit to make up for it and claim that the women who messed my stuff up and had other clothing mixed in were fired. Cool. I’ll use the 30 $ and hopefully they’re more careful and organized.
–3^rd time, everything seemed to have gone fine besides a sock and a tee shirt which was not mine
–4^th time, last Wednesday, I go drop off another load of laundry, go back friday to get it, and it still laid on the floor in the bag, unwashed. They told me they’d do it right away and call me when it was done, but never called…
I will keep my twenty some dollars a week and tips to myself and just make time to do it in my building from now on. I’m bothered that I even went through the hassle of writing this but my hopes & expectations were not met, and since they have no reviews, I figured that some people who may consider going there ought to know what may happen.
Don’t ever expect your socks to match either– or clothing that is mindfully folded. It’s all wrinkled up
