Bubbles aRe Us Laundromat

Came here for the first time and this is the best laundromat in all of nyc. Lots of machines and the dryers were super hot. Free coffee and they have a customer loyalty program!

Love this laundromat! Best wash & fold in the area. Open 24 hrs. It is always very clean and the dryers dry very quickly.

After visiting this Laundromat for a dozen of times, I realized, that this spot doesn’t deserve 5 stars. The staff doesn’t speak English freely, washing machines are not always clean and they don’t heat water enough, as it’s supposed to for a hot cycle. They charged me twice for the same dry cleaning receipt because they told me at the register that transaction didn’t pass with Amex. Still — this is the only one decent spot in the neighborhood. So with the absence of alternative — I will come again.

I had my clothes picked up yesterday, and the woman told me that they would be delivered today (Sunday). I call today and ask what time my clothes are going to be delivered today, and she tells me «No, no clothes delivered today. You have to wait until tomorrow.» I tell her then I will come pick up my clothes and demand some of my money back since I have to come pick it up myself, and she refuses. Unbelievable.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BUYER BEWARE! I used this laundromat because it was recommended by my roommate. Unfortunately they charged me much higher prices than they advertise to wash my comforter. When I called to speak with someone the rude lady informed me that she basically didn’t care and I can come on Sunday and talk to the owner.

I love bubbles. Especially now that they are 24hrs. It’s clean with updated machines, attendants are very hands on and present of there are any issues. They really do work hard in there.
They have flat screen TVs and enough chairs to sit and wait for your clothes. You just have to learn what the peak times are so you can avoid congestion. But honestly, within the 2 years I’ve been going to Bubbles, I’ve never had an issue waiting for a washer or dryer. I think maybe ONCE I’ve showed up and just turned around because it was way too busy.
I like my laundry to be a relaxing, quiet experience and Bubbles gives me that. Plus they have a rewards program where you can get free washes and laundry supplies.

called before i went the girl very friendly and got in to do laundry and got out in no time…

the machines next to the sink has NO WATER in the wash and the owner is aware. I wasted time here and demanded my money back (which was refunded). Its a small bus ride but I would suggest you go to 137^th and Broadway to wash in the middle of the night or any other 24 hour location.
