Not only this store but this whole company has NO service whatsoever. The service is nonexistent. They never respond to emails and don’t pick up the phone. I ordered an item online and the size was wrong for me. There was no return label in the box, I was suppose to go on the website and«follow the instruction», haha! Long story short, they didn’t respond to my emails requesting a return label(according to their instructions) and didn’t answer the phone for 30 min. I paid myself for a return. And obviously I’m NEVER buying anything from this company again. Why do they allow themselves to have a customer service like that when there are so many companies around of the same level? How can a company afford that? It’s just so not wise! I don’t really need their service, they need ME as a customer. I will go and buy shoes for $ 400 at some other store where people will be happy to assist me in spending MY money. Guys, CHANGe the MANAGEMENT and hire someone who can organize you business decently!

I am very conflicted about giving this store only a 3 star review, but my negative experiences here have had a big enough impact that I must bump them down from the 4 stars I considered. The store is quite small and so the stock isn’t always the best. But because I love the location, I would be fine letting that slide. My main quam is the service. It is so hit or miss. I have had some wonderful salespeople who are happy to search for another size for me(I am a larger girl and so they don’t often have my sizes in abundance on the floor), recommend dresses, and call their larger stores to check for availability if they have it out of stock. But then there are some salespeople who are SO rude and will even refuse to make those calls or put something on hold when you were JUST told by another salesperson that you could do that. Last time I was there, one person was so rude, had I not been in a huge rush, I would have asked to speak to the manager to complain. And I don’t do that often! I actually never have or even wanted to at a store before.

i received really great service at this particular location. i had a formal wedding to go to and the sales girls went out of their way to pick out dresses and get different sizes for me. it was a really good experience and i found the most gorgeous dress.

Nothing really distinguishes this BCBG store from other BCBG stores. Perhaps because nothing really distinguishes BCBG clothes from other clothes anymore. Max Azria’s designs used to be more inspired, more durable, with an Italian touch. Now they’re the sorts of things you’d see on daytime soaps. But if you’re stuck on the UES and in urgent need of an outfit at once chaste and frilly — think Zara crossed with Club Monaco — this store might well come to the rescue. And the fact is that BCBG is a fairly complete line: work-wear, party frocks, lounge-wear, footwear, accessories. It’s still chic-er than the Ann Taylor or Chico’s up the street, thank god, and less disposably trendy than offerings at nearby Big Drop or Forreal. The staff is friendly, and the space is ample and well-lit. For that — and the fact that this store probably deserves more traffic — I’m adding the 4th star.
