Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I special ordered a necklace and was told it would take two weeks max. After the two weeks I did not receive a follow up call saying the merchandise would be late. I emailed, called, with no response I finally went back to the store on a Sunday. I was told I would receive a call the following Tuesday with an update and did not. I then called and emailed again to cancel as a month had now passed. I was told I would need to wait until a manager came in on Saturday. I then got a call saying my necklace had arrived and when I said at that point I wanted to cancel I was told I could only receive store credit. I was never offered any apologies or compensation for the inconvenience. This was an absolutely dismal experience and I strongly recommend no one shop here.

It, s a nice place well located. the good is average, but the atmosphere is excellent and very ellegant. actually in this trip we have been there twice.

Pros: located in the heart of soho. They carry young, hip, trendy, up-​to-​date brands for women. it’s a well-​organized store. The dressing rooms are clean & spacious.
Cons: Expensive. The sales women could be either very nice or very bitchy. They don’t hold things for you so if you want to leave & come back, your items may be gone by the time you get back.

I love Big Drop NYC! Anyone who knows me knows it has been one of my favorite places for years. Every time I have a date or an event (and am pressed for time), I know the store employees will help me find the perfect outfit to walk out in! Best store in New York :)

Meh. If you’re coming off of the Spring Street subway station, walking into Soho, you will likely run past the store. I see a lot of tourists in here, and it is a bit overpriced in my opinion. I rarely see you sale, except a Unilocal coupon!
Let me back up a bit. I am not a cheap ass when it comes to buying fashion or clothes. I can appreciate and purchase a great $ 2000 pair of leather pants, but I want quality. What I have found here is a lot of the same things I find on
but without the occasional sale. Or worse, something I saw at Bloomingdales six months ago that is now 70% off. Still full price here. The sale Merchandise in the back is pretty crummy.
One thing I do like is that they get a good selection of mid priced designers that I have not seen in other stores. I picked up a pretty cool lace top the other day that was really fabulous and under $ 250.
Terrible return policy.
What I really come here for is the jewelry. They have bracelets that are super tiny for very tiny wrists. This is one of my go to spots for that. Occasionally I will find a cute piece in here, but nothing too exciting.

do not purchase anything from this company. their customer service is rude, unprofessional. and inept. i called them to return a dress for store credit and they gave me the runaround for over a month then said it was too late to return it!!!

Big Drop NYC is a cool spot for some fashion pickings. Very interesting designers that have unique silhouettes. The service is great… they greet you with a smile and willing to help. I’ve taken a bunch of clients to the store and each client has been very pleased with what they purchased and the overall feeling of the boutique. Check out the jewelry… its awesome… from trendy to classic. I’ve enjoyed myself every time!

Kind of pricey but that’s to be expected for trendy designer items.
Appreciate the $ 10 off when you check in.
The staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendly but again something that is expected in trendy boutiques like these.

One of Big Drop’s employees recently reached out to me via Unilocal,which I really appreciated. So I tried giving it another shot, looking for a dress for a special occasion.
Sadly, the Soho staff is still distracted, chatty and snooty as ever. BUT I went uptown to the UES shop and they were SO MUCH NICER UP THERE! Ended up finding a perfect party dress and will definitely be going back.

I hate this store. The prices are pretty hefty, and most of the pieces I bought there are made like forever 21 and jewelry tarnished within weeks. I went to this store on one of my last trips back to NYC and purchased the Rebecca Minkoff Becky Jacket, it’s was a little pricey but I thought it was super cute. But when I took it home I realized that there was a tear in the lining. When I took it back the next day the sales associate told me that I could not return it so I asked to speak to the owner. This Israeli guy came out and was completely rude to me, saying that he was not responsible for what I did to the jacket after I purchased it, I HAD IT FOR ONE DAY AND DIDNT EVEN WHERE IT. I eventually got him to give me a refund after he tried to offer me store credit. I wouldn’t go back there of it was the last store on earth.

This place is a one-​stop shop for all the trendy items you need. Great assortment of accessories!
I highly recommend Linda Le, one of the stylists & sales associates. She has great taste and is very helpful.

I love all the clothing selection they have. From evening to party back to day time~!! I love it ~and the Store Manager L L is so helpful. Found the dress I like, and my boyfriend likes it too. and he even paid for it.
Very friendly environment, and staff all very helpful.
Anyways, Thanks for helping me getting the dress I want.

Walking distance from Trump Soho where we stayed at and part of the Soho scene.
Great boutique with lots of cute stuff. On my visit, I got a nice cashmere hoodie wrap cardigan, a fleece lined legging and a cute bias over sized tee.
I am sure I would have spent more if I stayed longer but so many shops and so little time!
Friendly staff too…

oh Big Drop how I love thee. I wish my wallet loved you as much because I would definitly own the entire store. I purchase all of my jeans from here, and found the greatest hat there just last week.
The sales rep’s attitudes leave something to be desired, althuogh, if I was stuck selling clothes on a saturday afternoon I may be bitter too, but either way. They need to get off their high horse and relax. Luckily I just manage to ignore them, get in, get what I need (read: want) and move along.

Dress up sportswear? Are you sure you went to BigDropNYC? lol, ha. I was unaware designer labels for hundreds was considered sports wear…
Anyways, cute, trendy, store. Pricey. Store is clean and well orgainzed. Friendly staff ready to sell, sell, sell. Some stuff is ridiculously priced for the quality. You can find some really cute, unique items here yet also some common things found in other stores… I have a problem w/​this place… I can go in and be ready to leave only purchasing one item… yet on my way to the register I will find more and more items that catch my eye… Beware! lol

Assuming this is a clothes store, I wish you could say more about it, not for those who, like you, know what it is, but for others???

I love big drop, even just to look at and drool. There’s always new stuff every week, cool old stuff. The only thing that I will complain about is the price of everything in that store.
