I ordered on seamless and when I didn’t specify choices for a salad the restaurant called me and made sure that I had my choice of greens and 5 toppings. My boyfriend had a breakfast sandwich, something he has at least 4 times a week (thank god for his 21 year old metabolism), and he said this was one of the best he’s ever had. I ordered again this morning. Great customer service, prompt delivery, and good prices!

THE WORST. I ordered on seamless and they were running past their estimated delivery time. I finally got through to someone on my 4^th time (the phone just kept ringing), who basically requested I cancel the order after telling me «the delivery man just left». He then told me he can’t do anything about it and I need to contact seamless to be refunded. So annoying and time consuming. Things happen and I know orders run late, but 1 star for his complete lack of customer service
