Not only was I encountered with the most rude attendant (don’t know his name, it was a fat guy in a pink t-​shirt), but they tried to rip me off. I needed a cable to charge my iPhone 5, but I asked if I could try it before I bought it. They guy tried it and said it was charging, that it was perfect, but I actually heard the phone vibrate multiple times when he connected it (meaning it charged intermediately, not perfectly fine). They guy was mad because I didn’t buy his useless cable, which by the way was $ 20, and it wasn’t an Apple product. This same cable at the Apple store at 5th avenue and Central Park cost me $ 19!

Since they were the only store out of about 20 that I called that thought they might have the phone I need, I called to check again today. Since I am the only person calling this week about the item, the clerk, David, hung up on me twice. The second time saying, «you know we have it, so come into the store.»
Just a few days ago I made the two hour trip down there to buy the phone and the clerk told me they were out of stock and that I should call to confirm before coming down (as if calling four times wasn’t enough).
After meeting the staff that day, it seems like the only positive reviews written about this place are written BY THE STAFF!

Terrible customer service. Called to see if they have a specific phone I wanted, they said yes, and I asked how much, he told me «You have to come in for that», so he wanted me to take a 2 hour round trip so he wouldn’t have to take 3 min to see how much it costs. Eek! Methinks not!

If you have an iPhone and look for a case in this store, I suggest you do the following before you make a purchase. Find the case you like, use your iPhone to search for a similar case on amazon (you can thank me later for saving 50−80% of what you would pay in this store and get a much better quality product). If you can’t find the particular case you like online, then just prepare yourself that you will be looking for a new case in a month or two because the one you buy there will only last that long.
I suspect anyone that rates this place 5-​stars is the shop’s own staff. Maybe other customers have had better experience than me but no way it deserves a 5-​star.

Large selection of iphone cases but very poor quality. I recently bought an iphone 5 case for $ 25 and the case started falling apart in one month. The case probably cost them $ 2. My boyfriend bought an iphone accessory from them which also stopped working after a couple of months. Staff is really rude and you can tell all they care about is ripping you off! I feel bad for all the tourists that get ripped off in there every time I walk by this store… wish I could have a sign up outside telling people how bad this store is…

Bad with customers, bad quality.
I walked in to buy an used phone to use on a trip and was first treated very badly by the salesman, only because I asked if the used phone had internet. Once before they also were inefficient unlocking a blackberry.
