This place always has a line out the door with 1 or 2 tellers working as slow as possible. Waiting as the 2nd person in line for 20 min is a bit ridiculous. Esp at peak hours like lunch time.

I wish I could give 0 stars, Chase 800 customer service is the worst experience I have ever had they are unintelligent, unhelpful, and the supervisors are even less intelligent. Right Gilbert, he is a supervisor at Chase.
Stay away for Chase, it would be safer to keep your money in the cookie jar. Their credit card payment division is crooks. You make a payment on Chase’s own web site and they magically disappears and are not credited to your card. Yet they take it out of your checking account. FIND A BETTER BANK. Remember there is a reason the US Government is and went after Chase for ripping off consumers.

The tellers are personable enough behind the thick bullet proof glass, but they are very stingy when I asked for some coin wrappers. I have over $ 100 in change to roll, and chick gives me 3 wrappers. Mornings are an optimum time to go, however there is never that long of a line during the lunch hour either. They always seem to have a couple of security officers on duty as well if security is a concern for you.
