This is just a terrible Bubble Tea place. It tastes terrible and 60% of my drink was ice. If you want good Bubble Tea go to CoCo. 100% bad.

The drinks are good but the service is TERRIBLE. I felt like they were yelling at me when I accidentally stood on the other side of the line. I know Flushing service is not exactly the best, but this was the kind of experience that makes me not want to go back! I also think the area they chose to open in is a little too dirty for my liking.

last time I went to chat time and ordered a Thai milk tea and the cashier is good but the milk tea is getting bad，I mean deterioration ，so upsad… I hope the manager can give me a good result

Just had the worse f***in experience here at the chat time by Whitestone blvd. I want to give it a negative five star. Not only was the drinks nasty but the customer service was non-​existent. Not only did the girl mess up my drinks but she rolled her eyes when I told her I didn’t order chocolate bananas I wanted strawberry bananas. The girl that was suppose to make the drink proceeded to say oh she reviewed it with u. I said when u reviewed it u said yes strawberry banana. In the end instead of apologizing she said there’s nothing we can do you have to take it, what kind of shit is that, I was so angry I just threw the drink out in the garbage, it’s no wonder they have no business. I should’ve taken the drink and threw it all over the counter. Don’t ever go there.

The selections are plenty for the tea’s and shakes they offer. The prices always vary depending on their promotions but it’s a good deal. My fav drinks are almond milk tea with very little sugar and no bubbles. I got that last night for $ 3.27 with tax and passion fruit tea with lychee jelly, little sugar.
The people here are non stop pumping those drinks out for everyone and is very friendly.

Chattime is a major chain with standard ingredients, so this place’s tea is ok. On the one hand, I am glad it is here as an easy stop off the expressway, since nearby Flushing is basically inaccessible by car. On this other hand, this franchise branch is its own pain in the butt. The servers may get the order wrong often (I ask for 50% sugar) and won’t remake the drink. Signs advertise various freebie deals but the restrictions are always subtle and deal-​killing, like it is only offered for one weirdo drink I’d never buy. I’ve been here a few times and, again, the boba itself is pretty good, but I just never enjoy ordering and usually stick to Flushing.
