They were extremely accommodating for a late same-​day cleaning request on my suit and did an outstanding job, even delivering it back to my hotel when I couldn’t pick it up.

This is hands down my dry cleaning and alterations spot. Ok, so I’m not sure if this is normal, but I tear into my jeans every year. I guess slim fit jeans (no matter how expensive the brand is) always tear into the crotch area? Oh well, I’m man enough to admit it, I need my pants repaired!
I’ve brought all my jeans in to get patched up and even a suit to have it taken in to get a more of the slim fit style, and no joke, it’s right on the money every single time.

I hate to give any company a bad review. Well actually I don’t but the sentiment sounds good.
In any event, I took a light colored linen/​cotton dinner jacket (worn once) here and asked the rep if they were comfortable cleaning the item and they assured me that they were. I can only imagine how daunting it must be to attempt to clean something so elegant so I wanted to give them an out if they were not up to the task.
I noted two small stains that I hoped they could remove, and they assured me everything would be fine. Sure enough I got the blazer back and it is basically ruined as there are multiple large grey marks/​stains on the lapels and sleeves. I assume they had a bad or unmaintained process or they bundled the jacket with a lot of other people’s clothes during the cleaning process. The stains are so visible that you really cannot wear the jacket without someone noticing. I’m not certain what they were thinking.
Save for a gracious cleaning miracle performed by some saintly expert, this jacket is probably just ruined beyond repair and wear.
Do I take some responsibility? Yes, I do. I should have opted for a verified premier cleaner as opposed to this one that happens to be close to the office. Convenience cost me here. I also suppose I could have asked for references or something; but I truly wanted to believe that all was good in the world and that I could take their word at face value. Obviously I was wrong and life must go on now. I can let this destroy me or I can realize that I’m still standing and of sound mind. All is good in the world after all.

They were supposed to come in on a scheduled day off (Sunday) so I could pick up my shirt special, but they ran into traffic. I’m from out of town and Joe made it up to me by mailing me my pressed shirt with a full refund. An ethical business.

Does an excellent job with my dry cleaning. My clothes always come out looking great. Their tailoring services are top notch. I’ve had many suits tailored here and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend their services. There is pick up and delivery services which also makes it very convenient.
