Professional and gave me a great price! The workmanship on my replaced zipper was stellar! Also very nice :)

I moved to the city about a month ago so I only recently discovered this place. I think they did a good job. The delivery guy hadn’t yet arrived when I went to pick up my clothes, so they delivered the clothes to my building about an hour later(which was perfectly fine). I’ll be dropping off more clothes tonight so I’ll update this posting when I pick them up.

You can learn a lot about a company by the way they handle their mistakes. Next Cleaners was a huge disappointment, and I will never go back. After losing the comforter that tied my New York studio together and made it feel like home, they offered to compensate me a fraction of what I paid and offered a store credit. I declined and had no intention of using that credit to drop off more expensive items that could get lost. I spent nearly two months fighting for the money I was rightly owed(10 x the cleaning cost as per company policy). The company repeatedly promised to compensate me by Christmas Eve, but gave me tons of excuses including the accountant is out of town. It wasn’t until I began the process of filing a complaint with the city’s licensing division and mentioned that my next step was filing a case in small claims court that I finally got reimbursed. A dry cleaner losing an item is painful but forgivable. Not compensating a customer in a fair, timely and respectable manner isn’t. Neither is trying to shortchange customers with a store credit or trying to put a dent in their holidays by hanging on to money owed to them. There are dry cleaners all around this area. Save yourself the headache and give your clothes a chance by choosing another.

terrible terrible terrible! everyone in my bldg has had issues with them — from missing items to clothes not being handled properly. they simply do NOT care. try talking to someone in charge — that’s also impossible. do yourselves a favor and stay away if you care about your clothes and money.

$ 2.50 for a dress shirt is reasonable for Manhattan. On a positive note I think they did a good job. I really like how they put the little plastic thing in the collar so that it keeps its form. On a less positive note, shirts were supposed to be ready by 6PM, they were not. I could not hang around and wait, so the guy had to deliver it to my building when they finally came. No worries. I would return.
