Good coffee with a great location and friendly staff. The lady behind the counter was very knowledgable when it came to the drinks and even though it was just her working on a busy night. She was very fast and efficient. Plus she made me laugh which is always good to me :)

I love the mission and the coffee here! Since it’s located inside Bryant Park, it can get a little busy (especially during high tourist seasons) but working across the street from the park, even with all of the other coffee selections available, COFFEED is still my go to place. Every barista I have encountered has been super friendly and made the cold weather bearable while they prepare my coffee.

NO KIDDING! I got my yummy waffles and was excited to get a cup of coffee to go with. The person in front of me ordered a cup of latte, in which I knew it’d take a little longer than just a regular cup of coffee — I waited about 10 minutes, then the worker started chatting with somebody else who came in… with her hands completely stopping.
I work in retail and truly understand how it gets about one person handling everything at the store– that’s why I have so much patience… As long as the person acknowledges everyone’s effort.
I walked out of line and went back to my very cold waffles– would have been so great to have it warm with coffee. Disappointed.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Not even an exaggeration. The workers were not moving fast at all despite the long line. Would not recommend unless there is no one else on line.
