Cosi’s food is quick, fresh and ready to go. Its a good place to grab breakfast or lunch. Place your order and by the time you add sugar to your tea. The egg whites cup with pico de gallo flavorful with fresh pico. The tbm breakfast sandwich was so loaded with ingredients, it was almost messy when I unwrapped it — a good way to be! The servers were friendly and helpful despite the morning rush Best of all the pricing is great for a midtown location — this one stays on my list!

This place is extremely efficient at making quality salads and sandwiches during the mad midtown lunchtime rush. I love the signature salad and the turkey/brie sandwich. I’m usually in and out of here in 5 minutes. I’ve always been a fan of Cosi’s food. It is the efficiency and friendliness of this staff which makes this location stand out.

I love this place! Good place to stop by, grab and go breakfast right before the work. They have tasty sandwiches and you can make your own. Price wise they are also good.

The bread is amazing, and they always give out free samples, fresh from the oven while you wait in line. The food is delicious — almost everything I’ve tried I have liked, and the price is reasonable. My favorites are the chicken pesto melt, the pepperoni flatbread pizza, the adobo chicken rice bowl(a great alternative to Chipotle), and their spa water and lemonade. If you order a sandwich, it comes with baby carrots or kettle chips, both of which are always fresh and good.

I love the mojito lemonade and the TBM sandwich! If you’re into vegan food I’ll recommend this sandwich. Very delicious!

Kinda haphazard design but ultimately a decent product and nice enough staff.

Swung by on Fri. for a free Tuscan Chicken Pesto Sandwich. Yum! Especially on that tasty flatbread, which they also happened to be handing out as samples to people outside. This store location managed the line exceptionally well, directing people to different lines based on what they wanted to order. Thanks, Cosi!

It’s clean and fast, even when the lines are long. I’ve had their TBM sandwich and really hated it but my friends thought it was ok-good. The pizzas I thought were decent too, nothing to create a fuss about but exactly what you would expect(I’ve only had the cheese pizza). There is one thing from here that I really do love though… it’s the tomato basil soup! Really really good! Creamy and full of great spices(but probably a solid amount of salt too). Reasonably priced… the regular/small comes to be $ 5.34 after tax and it’s fairly filling so pretty good. You get to pick between white and multi-grain, and the multi-grain is pretty tasty. Give it a shot… you might find something you like.

i’m a fan of cosi. i think the prices are good — food is good to grab and go for lunch. things i would suggest getting: buffalo blue sandwich turkey and brie sandwich signature salad tomato basil soup broccoli cheddar soup adobo chicken with avocado things i would not suggest getting: pumpkin soup — a little thick for my liking and not much flavor hummus and veggie — just alright. i think their pizzas and their breads are spectacular — the bread is really really good. the one great thing about cosi is that it marks how many calories everything which i think is important to most people. the staff at this location is always really friendly and fast.

I love this place. I’m pretty sure there’s crack in the bread because its addicting. They actually make their bread there right in front of you and its awesome. The pizzas are incredible. I work across the street basically and I go here like 3 times a week. The people at this location are so friendly and I never leave disappointed. Go here if you want a quick delicious lunch.

This Cosi location is across the street from my company’s New York office so I go here for lunch or even dinner at least once while I’m in the city. They made the most amazing fresh bread for their sandwiches here. The Cosi club is my favorite sandwich and has a fantastic flavor and its a joy to eat it. In the mood for pizza? They also have one of the best Margarita pizzas I’ve ever had. Large blobs of high quality mozzarella and sweet tomato sauce on a thick and locally made crust with a unique flavor — mmhmmm! Can’t make up your mind between a sandwich, salad or pizza? Try their Taste Two menu items and get a smaller version of your sandwich and pizza and have a little of both! Its a good deal and perfect for a tasty lunch. The price is also good, its very reasonable. It can get busy in there at the lunch hour rush, but they are open in the dinner time-frame too and not many people tend to hit them up for after work meals so you can avoid the crowds by going later.

This place has to be one of the most repulsive joints near Times Sq. I had the Chicken Salad and not only was the chicken frozen, the disgruntled salad associate drenched the salad in a sweet and sour dressing. Basically my salad was a puddle of dressing with a few lettuce leaves and frozen chicken. NEVERGOHERE. SALTYSERVICE. RUNDOWNCONDITIONS. BADFROZEN/OUT OFTHEPACKAGEFOOD.

I ordered online via grub hub today to try there Sandwich first time for lunch. I went for pick up as per pick up time but my order order was not ready plus they didn’t had any record of my order. Anyhow it was super busy but still the front desk girl was very helpful I showed her order on my phone and she got it ready in 5 mins. They have enough place to sit. Sandwich was good and price was decent. I will defiantly give it another try,

This restaurant served me one of the worst salads and sandwiches I’ve had recently. The«panini» was cold with a large slab of Brie that was mostly the outside, the bread was stale, and the mustard on the sandwich and salad dressing were both overwhelmingly spicy. The inside of the restaurant was nice, the employees were friendly, and they moved pretty quickly, but overall the food was a worse version of Panera or ABP.

Love the squagles(square bagels) here. The bread is not that thick and I get plenty of cream cheese. The fruits and sandwiches are also awesome. I love the cosi near train stations as well. Very awesome.

Cosi is known for its flatbread. They bake it fresh and cut off the ends for you to grab samples as you wait in line. The delicious flatbread is definitely the best parts of the sandwiches. However, my most favorite entrée to order is the sausage pizza, which utilizes the flatbread as the pizza crust. The pizza was even better when they had a three meat pizza that included sausage, meatballs, and pepperoni. For my list of great lunch spots in New York, please see

I order the Hummus & Veggie sandwich often. I have not tried any other sandwich. I like Cosi in general. It was at a Cosi in LA that i learned about hummus(remember, i am from Georgia). I was in my teens so I have a fond attachment to Cosi and the variety of sandwichs they have. The also offer salad and pizza — kinda think they are doing to much… and should stick with sandwiches… but then again i have only stuck with the same sandwich for 15 years… I also enjoy their blondies. The staff is super awesome… I would send a shout out to each one but then the next thing you know, they’ll be gone… and the reason for this is because the management team is visiably rude and lacks people skills. The way the talk to their subordiantes is down right nasty. –trust me i eat here 4/week. Guess this is common with managers across industries. frighten that stellar performers are coming after their job.

Not exactly the best-designed Cosi that I’ve ever been to — the stations to order are scattered around a central brick oven that makes the flatbread, and the menu is neither consolidated or well-represented in each section(you’re constantly craning your head up to see — there’s not a good perspective). FYI, for those wondering, the bathroom is in the back is unisex, and the store entry requires stairs… not entirely sure how someone handicapped makes it into the store? Order your sandwich/salad/breakfast and watch it being made, I tried a TBM, and they hand it to you in short order — though it took me twice asking to get them to add extra vinaigrette. Then head over to the front door where there was a single person working the payment area for the lunch rush… no fun for the wait, lack of line control, and the crowd all hungry to pay… My TBM sandwich… the flat bread was dry. I mean, dry enough that I actually went up and received a glass of water to help it make its way down my throat. I’m not sure why it was so dry(other times where I had fresh bread it was great, though not from this location), but my tongue and palate left feeling scratched up. The chips were fine, nothing out of place there — salty and greasy as they normally are. I left feeling less than satisfied, like a craving that had gone horrible wrong and now I didn’t know if I’d ever come back to this.

One of the better Cosi locations in Midtown. Aside from the awkward entrance, there isn’t much else bad to say about it. The service station is in the middle well setup to accommodate the salad orders or the regular sandwiches. The food is normally prepared quick and always tastes the same. Every sandwich comes with either chips or carrots depending on what you want. They don’t go cheap on the meats when you order the sandwich and the food usually rolls out and falls into the bag the sandwich came with. I always prefer the regular bread to the whole wheat as I find it to be dull and tasteless. There is lots of seating and free WiFi. Dont forget the free bread while you wait on line, its great!
