what terrible service — the franchise owner should re-hire or get better employees — was the only customer in there — ordered a simple sandwich — never got delivered — I complained and asked for my money back — the Latina manager barely eeked out an «I’m sorry» — what terrible crap service and idiot employees — go elsewhere — recommend across the street to pret a manger where service is good or another Cosi where they employees have brain cells — TRAINYOURSTAFFANDBEPRESENTORFAIL

Food tastes fine, but they seems to always take forever to make the orders and the soda machine is always out of order. Seems very disorganized behind the counter.

I am a big fan after an experience today. I ordered my food online at around 11:50 for a 1:15 pick up, but when I arrived my food wasn’t ready. The manager quickly told me that there was a glitch in the online system(which was a little outdated when I used it) and that they would start preparing my food immediately. She gave me a lemonade and asked me to wait for a second. I was more than happy to wait, as I understand food service, and I wouldn’t have been mad if they had not said anything(honestly, I probably wouldn’t have noticed), but this went above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was extremely courteous and speedy, and I was out with my food within ten minutes of having set foot in the store. I had originally ordered a ½ sandwich ½ salad, but they also gave me a full sandwich for my trouble. This is truly excellent customer service. I only wish I had gotten the female manager’s name, because she was really great.

I just stopped in here for lunch. Food is good and friendly staff. Breanna, my server, went above and beyond and even offered to get me a cup of water when she brought me my food.

I got sick(severe diarrhea) from the Turkey Brie sandwich today. I will never go to any Cosi ever again. It put me into a bad position as I have work meetings through out the afternoon.

This place is so good and healthy. Very tasty Sandwhich I got the Mediterranean sandwhich and there broccoli cheddar soup. It’s not expensive and they have good deals. Come try this

Paid almost $ 12 for a half-salad, half-sandwich combo that included a meh salad with sugary dressing and quite possibly the saddest, most pathetic sandwich I’ve ever been served. Bad times.

I used to love this place when it had just opened. I went to school close by and it was a great stop for lunch or dinner. I went there today since I was in the area and remember how amazing their salads and soups were so I wanted to do a combo meal. I ordered an Asian salmon salad and a tomato basil soup — both totaled to $ 11.50(which is outrageous for a half a cup of soup and pathetic salad) The tomato basil soup used to be at 3.50 combo price and today was at 4.99 and the salads used to be at 4.50 combo price and they started at 5.50. I told the guy up front that I wanted chips and multi grain bread. I asked him about my cosi card and he had no response and wasn’t helpful at all. I finally received my order 10 mins later and head back to work. I open my bag and see carrots in there and no bread. I open the salad and it was halfway full and had only 1 matchbox size piece of salmon that tasted like poached/flavorless airplane food(so much for the asian salmon salad). The soup was cold and unnecessarily sweet. I don’t know if ownership changed or management, but this place is definitely not what it used to be. Never going back. Complete rip off.

I like that they make flatbread sandwiches because a lot of other sandwiches can be very bready. There’s only one reason, I even came in. It’s the grilled pork belly sandwich. While delicious, doesn’t have much in it besides flatbread, pork and sauce. Be advised: watching them make the sandwich reduces sandwich enjoyment. Lunch order: grilled pork belly flatbread sandwich ~$ 10

I’ve heard some people regret having a one night stand. While I’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing one, I would imagine eating at Cosi is a similar experience. I shouldn’t have ordered that hummus(choo-moos for you Israelis/Middle Eastern peeps) wrap and just saved my money(around $ 10). I felt violated after the first bite, but kept eating it because I already paid for it and I didn’t want to waste food. I don’t know who I felt worse for — the ingredients in the wrap — or my taste buds that had to endure the lackluster eating experience. Am I exaggerating? Maybe. Should you check out Cosi? Only you can make that decision.

Three words: Jalapeño Asiago Squagel. The squagels and flatbread sandwiches are AMAZING and they have pretty solid iced coffee. We get catering from them for our corporate lunches all the time. Food is always fresh and delicious. The only complaint I can even think of is that the staff in the early morning always look so miserable. I know it’s the crack of dawn, but smile! :)

This Cosi has really been falling off the wagon lately. Almost every time we’ve order a salad over the last 5 or 6 visits, its been done incorrectly. Missing ingredients, wrong dressings, etc. When they get it right, its not a bad place, but unfortunately its been some time since they’ve been getting it right. It’s really too bad, because we’re trying to add more salads into our diets and this would be a really convenient place to do so — one thing they have going for them is they make it easy for you to see what the calorie counts of each of the salads are to help you make the right choice — that is of course, assuming they follow your order and put the right ingredients in there. C’mon guys, clean your act up!

Biggest problem was that it took really long for my food to arrive. I only ordered a $ 10 portobello bowl and it took near 20 minutes for me to get it. And it was only 3:30-ish in the afternoon, not too many people and orders that they need to take care of. Otherwise, not too bad. Food is decent. Comfortable seating. Big space.

Would be a 5 if it didn’t take so long to get my food. Customer service was great the food runner heard me complaining to my girlfriend on he phone and was aware enough to ask me what I ordered. That matters! Thanks You for paying attention to your customers.

Ordered the new turkey avocado sandwich, which was so flavorful. I will definitely be ordering it again. I also ordered the mango which was pretty good. It’s a great sandwich spot for a quick lunch. The customer service could have been better.

I’m very disappointed and sad to say, the food quality at Cosi has gone down tremendously. I got the Chicken T.B.M Melt and it was terrible. The practice of cutting corners has never been so obvious till I had this sandwich. They simply slapped a few pieces of chicken cutlets, two slices of mozzarella and two leaves of basil. Everything inside the bread was either cold or barely heated, let alone«Melt»? Total rip-off for $ 10.

I like Cosi’s flatbread sandwiches as they are made fresh in front of you and are not that expensive. I think I usually pay around $ 8 or $ 9 depending on which one you get. I been coming here for more than a year and the service is usually quick and friendly. Although, some of the staff members might come off as a bit childish, such as the language and being overly playful. But most of the time, the staff is nice and accommodating. I usually get the Buffalo Bleu, Chicken Caesar, Chicken T.B.M. Melt, Chicken Parmesan Melt, Cowboy Melt, and Chicken T.B.M. Sandwiches which are pretty good. I always ask for it toasted as most of the sandwiches come cold but I like mines a bit warmed. If you do plan on coming here often, make sure to sign up for the Cosi Rewards card as after buying 10 entrees, you get one for free.

I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like at Cosi. Favorites: chicken salad(make your own) & pesto chicken sandwich. This location specifically is huge, has great service and very friendly staff. They lose a star because I always wait more than I would like to for my food but everything is always very fresh and made for you on the spot. Pro: If you dine in, you can sit and wait and the food is brought to your table.

I like this one. It’s a bigger Cosi than some I’ve been in, there’s comfortable seating and it was fairly ample. The bathrooms are small & weren’t the cleanest I’ve seen but they weren’t the nastiest either. They’re hidden in a hallway area away from the registers. I came here for a business meeting and no one harassed me to order something or pestered me to eat or get out so you could probably hang out here if you wanted to. I also like the traditional cheese pizza and it definitely didn’t disappoint at this location. If you eat in, the staff will bring you your food. The only downside is cell reception is spotty if you sit further in the back so if you’re expecting calls, you’ll want to sit as close to the front as possible.

Kind of a bunch place with breakfast and lunch items on the menu. Spacious with good music playing in the background, has a nice ambiance although it’s nothing more than a fast food place.
