I arrived on time as a first time patient. The office is located across from St. Luke’s Roosevelt hospital, and being part of it it’s as old and unwelcoming as the hospital itself. It took 40 minutes for the person who checked me in to return my insurance card to me — I asked how much longer it would take to be seen, she replied that he was«a little» behind, there were still 3 people in front of me. I asked if I could use the restroom and was told that there was none available to patients in the waiting area, I needed to go to a different floor. After waiting almost two hours I finally met Dr. Nobert. He was not able to look at the results of diagnostic tests because the DVD didn’t work on his computer so he had to rely on the impression reports. Another test conducted on a machine in his office was supposed to measure«flow» but the machine failed to work, so no results there. Dr. Nobert is personable and he explains things but after being there more than two hours the visit should last more than 10 minutes and it should be thorough. I will not go back there and I frankly don’t understand the positive reviews on other sites.
