I want this place to be so much better than it is. There’s nothing wrong with it, the food is solid enough and they have a lot of options just not good enough to make me stop as I take a longer walk to lunch places farther away.

I had the east harlem sandwich. I have to say while the meal was good I believe that this place was overpriced as I was still hungry afterwards. Given its location I guess that is to be expected. The service was relatively quick considering that I came during the lunch rush hour so everyone was in the zone things were able to move at a fast pace. There will be a line though so keep that in mind if you plan to come during lunch. The wait was around 10 minutes.

I use to like this place. Overall they are just sloppy. The salad bar is mixed b/c they rush through adding ingredient — avocado has corn and blackbean spill over. The ‘baked salmon’ is soaked in oil and barely edible. Like I said they use to be good, but lately very disappointing.

Our last 4 catering orders were late. If I request a time for catering, whether it be sandwiches or cookies and coffee, I need it at that time. Because of the last 3 experiences of them being late, this time I gave them a time 30 minutes prior to when I needed it. They were late by 22 minutes(I requested 12:30, they were here at 12:52) so I ended up running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to set up for the meeting just before it started! Ridiculous. When I called to complain that they were late and to ask where the order was, the girl asked me to «wait some more because we are swamped here». Thank goodness the time I gave them was earlier than I needed or we would have a meeting with no food. I am looking into other catering options going forward. Create and go’s food is good, but I don’t find them to be dependable in getting it here in time. If catering orders are placed 24 hours prior, how it is possible to still be late in delivering???

This is a go to spot for company lunches and a quick bite to eat. I am a huge fan of their sandwiches and the chipotle chicken rice bowl… SOADDICTING. Service is quick, I walk on over, place my order and bam I am out the door in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately I have heard their delivery wait time is awful but I’ve never experienced it as I’m one block away! Go here if you’re looking for tasty sandwiches and huge rice bowls.

This is a great lunchtime spot if you want to go in and out, large portions and fairly healthy foods. I always get the make-your-own salads. These sort of places are fairly common in new york but there are few that don’t have limits on toppings and are still around $ 8-$ 9. The pesto chicken is great and super hearty. You can also as for unlimited avocado, artichoke hearts and sprouts. Pretty much my favorite toppings and if you can give me unlimited of these, I’ll be a happy camper. They also give you a piece of grain bread with your salad. I’m not sure if this is the same with their quinoa bowls but all of this for less than $ 10 is a steal especially for lunch on the go.

I love the food there, especially the quinoa bowls, however they took much longer to deliver than they said and then forgot part of my order and I didn’t realize until much later. It was my breakfast for the following morning. :(

I usually like my sandwiches very much, but for some reason, I didn’t like the Chipotle Sandwich at all. I feel like the contents of the sandwich really didn’t go with the avocado, and I usually love avocados in my sandwiches! Anyway, maybe I’ll give it another go and try something else but definitely not anytime soon.

I am a fairly regular customer at this Create & Go. However, today I was charged $ 10 and change for the same ‘custom’ wrap that yesterday cost me $ 7.79. When bringing this to the cashier’s attention she yelled to the guys on the line who told her to charge me $ 10, because there was avocado in the wrap. Again, I have purchased the exact same wrap there at least 5 times and have been charged $ 7.79 every other time. A business that is built around the idea of being able to ‘create your own’ should have a much better handle on their pricing. This sort of inconsistency is not acceptable nor is their customer service. If they had honored yesterday’s price I would have happily left their establishment and probably returned tomorrow, but instead I will not return and will encourage friends and co-workers to do the same.

I’m pretty sure my building houses Create & Go, but I could be wrong… Anyway C&G is a solid lunch time stop no matter your taste. I’ve tried everything from the breakfast sandwiches, salads, hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, ice coffees and my personal favorite; quinoa bowls. The staff is quick and friendly here, although it’s always confusing when you’re on line who’s ordered and who hasn’t. No mindblowing options here, just a solid place in Midtown East to get your lunch on without getting hit over the head with outrageous midtown Manhattan prices.

The first time we ordered from here it took us almost 2 hours to get our food, however it was definitely worth the wait. I had the Greenwich Sandwich and it tasted amazing. My friend swears by the Grilled Chipolte Chicken Bowl. The next time we ordered from them, they were a lot more punctual. Their service is not the best, but the food makes up for it.

I work a few blocks from Create and Go and they are definitely my favorite spot in the area. When I go out for lunch, I’m looking for the best meal at a decent price(for Midtown that is) and Create and Go meets both these qualifications. First off, their ingredients in every dish are fresh. I don’t know how to stress this enough as the taste of their sandwichs and salads are just higher quality then similar places around it. Secondly, their prices are reasonable. Park Ave spots like Fresco and Dishes both charge prices for lunch that most people would argue against, where as the most I’ve spent at Create and Go is $ 10.50(again, reasonable for Midtown) Again, this place is a hidden gem in Midtown and I would definitely recommend it for a quality lunch.

We order breakfast from here. Everything is fresh and tasty from bagels, rolls, toast, fruit salad, etc. love the avocado on toasted wheat. Killer breakfast sandwiches and excellent for lunch too. People are super nice. Come on support these guys rather than ordering from a crappy chain.

This is a great deli in Midtown East an a strong choice for lunch if you work in the area. They have hot and cold sandwiches(named after various Manhattan neighborhoods), soups, and salads. I had the Chelsea, which was turkey, tomatoes, avocado, salt and vinegar chips, and mayo. The chips were a nice touch and added a distinctive crunch to an otherwise standard sandwich. The prices are not bad either– my sandwich was on a baguette and cost $ 9. I look forward to trying more of their offerings.

We do an office-wide lunch order from Create & Go every Thursday and they are ALWAYS on point. Delivery is always on time(if not early) even for large orders(10+ people.) I have yet to order something from Creaet & Go that I haven’t liked. My favorites are the quinoa bowls or the brown rice bowls — which are great if you’re trying to eat healthy. Highly recommend!

Super fast delivery, they called the second they realized one of the items I’d ordered on seamless web wasn’t available, they upgraded me to another side dish of greater cost at no extra charge to me, the Murry Hill Sandwich is PHENOM(chicken cutlet, bacon, tomato and mayo on a sesame baguette!), they fulfilled my special request for extra mayo without putting too much or too little, the edamame salad I ended up choosing as my side dish was quite lovely and light! Carrot shavings were mixed in, and it was all tossed with a light, very flavorful, and complimentary, vinaigrette! I’ll order from them again!

Pretty popular at lunch time — must mean something. Took a walk east from Madison and 58th due to the recommendation of a colleague. Small joint. Take away only. Good amount of options. The staff recommended the Cinco de Mayo wrap which was very good. Next time I’ll give a quinoa bowl a shot. Prices are the same for the salads and wraps as every other nearby block. Friendly employees.

Got deliveries two days in a row here. One for lunch and the other for breakfast. The delivery was fast(they should be as they are a block away from my work) but was disappointed with their chicken noodle soup. Too much pasta and not enough veges and chicken. I was sick too so I got two large orders. There are better chicken noodle soups around midtown east. The hash brown omelette I ordered from here the next for breakfast wasn’t great either. The eggs were overdone, the corned beef tasted bland and the potatoes were hard.

I wanted to grab a quick lunch on my way back to my office from a client visit and saw that this little store didn’t have much of a line inside. I popped in and enjoyed the varied selection but ended up settling for a Turkey Cobb Wrap. Everything on the menu seemed fairly inexpensive at around $ 6.50 — $ 8. It also boasts about how it received a «Perfect» A sanitary rating two years in a row.(Whoohoo?) The food was made quickly and tasted ok except for the odd salty aftertaste that took some good gulps of soda to wash down. The only downside about the operations here is that there’s a bottleneck at the cashier. There’s just a mess of orders piled up next to her and she can’t figure out who ordered what. I had to wait 5 minutes before telling her, «That’s my wrap you’re putting in her bag» and then pay for it. They need to implement a better system to make sure everyone gets their orders quickly and properly.
