My husband realized 5 days before we were to leave for our daughter’s wedding in Acapulco that he had forgotten to buy a fresh guayabera. We contacted Debra, and she worked with my husband to get his measurements and ensure the right fit. In 3 days she had delivered to us an absolutely beautiful and elegant guayabera, which fit perfectly. Debra is a lifesaver, with an outstanding product.

I’m sure the shirts are lovely, but this page is extremely misleading as there is no physical location for this store. I couldn’t find the location in Google, then I went to the website and saw there was no address… and I called the hotline and the representative gave me a mailing address in Arizona.

i was hoping to get a guayabera for my wedding in mexico in May 2013 — i had never shopped for this type of clothing before so i was a bit uncertain — Debra was very attentive and responsive to my wants and desires — the shirt came out perfect — i cant wait to impress my bride-​to-​be — here is the email i sent to Debra after trying on the shirt for the first time:

I tried on your shirt last night with my suit and it looks FANTASTIC! you did a terrific job — i will make sure to send you pic cuz you’re probably gonna wanna use it on your website for all the white boys like me that are getting married south of the border

The shirt that Debra made for me was the talk of our wedding. The details were pure magic and since our other male family members were also in their own Guyabera’s, it was clear who the groom was. My shirt was beautiful and the stitching details and buttons were gorgeous. My shirt and I stood out amongst the others.
Now for the best part, Debra and her customer service.
I had ordered a large shirt for my wedding about 2 months in advance. At that point I had already started a diet and workout régime to look my best for the day. By the time the wedding came around I was down 12 pounds and had lost some size, so the shirt was a little big. I emailed Debra and told her what had happened. She said the best thing a nervous guy who’s about to get married could hear:
Don’t worry!
She quickly tailored the same design in a medium and shipped it right away to me in time for the wedding. Then completed the switch by allowing me to send the large one back and credited my account.
Now that is customer service and one of the most important parts of doing business.
Debra rocked it and I would recommend her to any of my friends.

I ordered a custom Guayabera from here for my commitment ceremony.
I took the measurements as per the directions on her website. I emailed her with questions and she was very good about replying promptly. I asked when I could expect the shirt to be delivered, as I am located in Seattle. She assured me that I would get it in about 2 weeks from the day I ordered it. When it didn’t arrive, I emailed her asking what the status of the shirt was. She was not as prompt in her reply this time, so after 2 or 3 days I asked again. She apologized for not replying and said the shirt would be done by the end of the week and mailed then. It didn’t get mailed then, but a few days later.
In the end, it took about a month to receive the shirt. I did start to get a little nervous, as the big day was quickly approaching. The short turn around time was something I had factored in to my decision to buy my shirt here and not elsewhere.
The above shared experience is the only reason that I didn’t rate 5 stars. It did NOT create a big issue. The shirt was absolutely gorgeous. It was very well tailored and made with quality fabric, just like the website claims. I was very pleased with it and may order another in the future.
