I rarely write reviews but had to for dogvacay. I was in a bit of a bind last week and had to travel last minute — wow did they come through! As a first time user, it was super easy to use and customer service facilitated the process quite well. I left my puppy Cupcake with the most caring couple who took incredible care of her! highly recommend this service. My Cupcake didn’t want to come home!

My first time using DogVacay. I was on a last minute biz trip and needed a safe haven for my super active puppy. She had a delightful time playing with the other dogs, and I received photo updates which helped ease my anxiety! My dog came home happy and exhausted from her adventure. Thank you, Dog Vacay! Great to know this exists as an alternative to dirty, not very safe dog boarding facilities. Four paws up!

Emily is by far and away the most amazing dog sitter that you could ever have the pleasure of hiring! WITHOUT QUESTION. SERIOUSLY– LOOK NO FURTHER.
My husband and I have been working with Emily for the last 3+ years and we’ve never had a single issue whatsoever. She is incredibly reliable, flexible when it comes to scheduling and very communicative. She sends text updates with photos and keeps us totally informed on all of our pup’s day to day to activities and behavior. We open our home to her on a weekly basis for dog walks and she regularly stays at our apartment when we are out of town (often for extended periods of time).
She genuinely loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily. We know our dog is in the most amazing hands whenever Emily is around and it gives us such tremendous peace of mind during the work day and while away on vacation. She goes above and beyond too — brushing teeth, bathing, playing, extra time with the dog if she has the time (because she loves being with dogs so much!). She is the sweetest, nicest girl too and we are SO lucky to have met her! We met as strangers in NYC and now she is a dear friend of our family. She is the best — hire her today but please dont steal too much of her time! We’re obsessed!
