Dreamscoops

This is a great little ice cream cart that offers the basic variety of flavors (Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate). I tried a sample of these flavors and I can say that the vanilla taste the best for me in comparison to other ice cream establishments.
What caught my eye though is their special two flavors that I tried, «Sea Salt Caramel» and «Milk & Cookies». If you are a fan of sea salt, the Sea Salt Caramel provides a nice blend of flavors, with the salt not being too overpowering to the general taste of the ice cream. Also, you cannot go wrong with a «Milk & Cookies» flavor, it does taste like a cold dosing of its flavor!
Apparently this is a new cart that opened up since the spring and the business seems to have been doing well. I first tried Dreamscoops at the Hester Street Fair and apparently they also are present at Dekalb Market. The people who sell the ice cream are very friendly and conversational. They mentioned to me that there are a lot of flavors they want to put out for the public to try (the lady at the cart that I’ve seen is a pastry chef makes all the flavors from scratch), so be on the lookout for them!

LOVE IT! At first I thought another ice cream place… but I must say the ice cream is phenomenal and they have an awesome assortment of flavors. If you’re in the area I highly suggest stopping in and getting some good quality ice cream.
