Dunkin’ Donuts

I consistently went here every morning for 3 months because of an internship. Funny I would see the same customers there too everyday. I was able to use my Dunkin Donuts app everytime and they almost always had almond milk. I got the same thing so they knew my order.

I tired to order a coffee under promotion but was told the promo doesn’t start till tomorrow, despite adverts plastered all over the shop. The adverts didn’t mention any dates or limitation. This is very misleading. The server at the check out shrugged and said it’s the manager’s call to put out the adverts prematurely and the manager is not in…

The cashier at Dunkin’ Donuts overcharged me for my combo order and never explained to me why.
On December 9, 2014, I ordered the #13 Combo — no substitutions and no edits to the original order. It was advertised as $ 4.99. However, I was charged $ 6.29. The subtotal before tax was $ 5.28. I asked the cashier, Hannan A., twice why I was charged more than was advertised. He simply re-​read the receipt to me then dismissed me to take care of other customers with no solution. Why I was charged over $ 6 for a combo meal that was advertised as $ 4.99?
I also had to wait unusually long for my sandwich as the other worker forgot to make it – I had to ask for my sandwich to remind him. He was also coughing and texting on his phone while working around the food and NOT changing his gloves. Yuck.
I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Even moreso, I contacted Dunkin’ with my experience here and an explanation why I was overcharged. To this date, I have not heard back from them.
I suggest taking business elsewhere.

For $ 1.72, can’t beat it. Quick cup a Joe before braving snowy central park. Toasty inside. Free wi-​fi. Right off the Central Park/​241 station. I do think it’s weird when he asked if I wanted cream/​sugar, he added it for me. But that’s cool. All part of the experience.

Conveniently located right near the subway near my brother’s place. Service was good and so was the coffee!

Right outside the subway, and nice donuts. But the really bad part is that they don’t allow customers to use their restrooms (that’s right — not even paying customers). Heck, forget restrooms — they don’t even have a way for customers to wash their hands. And washing your hands before eating is kind of important after touching all sorts of surfaces in the subway… :(
And the most frustrating thing is that they *do* have a restroom and a basin for washing hands — it’s just that they only allow the employees to use it.

This location cool, service wise. I still dislike DD. That iced coffee tasted like butt.

Clean. fast and no surly employees. They remember my name each i go back!

It’s usually not too busy in here when I come in which is good. But then again I’m never there during rush hour so maybe I’m just getting lucky. I enjoy their service the servers are all relatively polite. Since it’s a new location it looks clean and new inside, let’s hope that it stays that way.
