They’re always late to open, just came from there at 5:20, a girl was already inside, but not open, another girl arrived, so i asked, if she’s open and she says «i dont know, what time is it?» Waited five minute then just went home, they’re supposed to be open at 5am, but never do they do so when i get there. Shows these people do not care for their customers, they do not respect them and they do not care about giving a bad name to the brand.
Someone told me that location been having lots of complaints.
Also, i always have to keep an eye on my order or they often mess it up.
At least, DD got some interesting menu.
But that location surely does not deserve my business.

The workers are so nice and smile at me so much that it makes me feel like I’m not staring into the dark void left by this cesspool of a world. A thousand points for Gryffindor.

This place has bad customer service. One time I had to wait 18 minutes for a croissant and when I asked to see the manager all he said was «would you like another croissant?». I do not recommend this place.

They are rude and great at messing up orders. I’m just talking about the females. The women will talk about you in their own language when you tell them your order is wrong.
The men is mostly nice and will fix the mistake with no problem.

As of late, don’t arrive at this location no earlier than 6am as they tend to not be open. (They open at 5:30am on a good day) I’ve had to go to a location closer to work to actually get my coffee.

They said that their open hours are 5am. why was is closed and they stared at me stupidly at 5:30? they also have a bad habit of screwing up my drink order. I have to just order an iced coffee. go to Lennox & 110

more and more lately, i am so glad this is on my block.
i love their dunkaccinos. A mixture of hot chocolate and cappacino that is absolutely delicious and gives me a great boost of caffeine.
i also game in recently because they had sent me certificates to get oatmeal for just a dollar when buying my beverage. The oatmeal was OK. i thought it was a nice serving size and came with some raisins and craisins.
I’ll definitely be back on my next sleepy morning
