Dunkin’ Donuts

Quick service, very friendly. Typical menu. Neighborhood Dunkin, they even know what their regulars. So I ordered a glass of water along with my croissant and that’s exactly what I got — a warm cup of NYC faucet water, no ice. There’s a first time for everything. Maybe that’s how they do it here in the big city, I’m not sure. On my second visit, the woman rang my order and promptly checked me out. The same woman from the register, then went over and started making and completing everyone else’s order around me. After she finished, she looked at me strangely and asked if I was waiting for something. I reminded her that I had just (moments prior) placed an order with her and again told her my order. I watched as she snickered and handed my order a few minutes later. Not exactly good customer service. There are so many competing businesses nearby, including other DD locations. This is not the best that the area has to offer, but it is standard.

Donuts yummy! Coffee is tasteless and that’s their DARK roast! I simply can’t believe a taste panel chose this blend to compete with Starbucks and all the either quality coffee stores.

I had high expectations for this place with it being so famous and well-​known. To my surprise the coffee is disgusting and the smoothies are flavorless. Donuts are good!

Got my hot coffe and cashier was able to scan my phone for a free donut. I really thought she was going to say «we dont do that here». I would have been reallly pissed. She scanned and i got my free cocnut donut.

I come here daily. I believe there is only one person who is nice everyone else has an attitude.

This is one of the larger Dunkin Donuts in the ‘hood, where there are several. It’s clean, big and has variety. I come here for mere convenience, since it’s right down the street and easier for me to get to the better one on Broadway. The people in here are THE WORST examples of customer services EVAR. They just look at you like you have six heads when you order something. Act like they didn’t hear when you say «cream» instead of «milk» for your coffee. And just overall are very grumpy. Honestly, I should walk over to Broadway more often than this place, but I walk in, I place my order, give exact change. But if you’re a stickler for good ol’ fashioned customer service, like I am, you will want to punch someone in the head when you are done here.

First of all I love Dunkin Donuts. This location has some of the best staff. Because I go every morning, they know my order, are always smiling and happy to see me. I am very pleased with this location and will always be a DD fan. The best employees: Ara who most of the time takes my order at the register, Noushin and Shahin who are the only employees I trust to make my coffee (hot or cold they always get it right), and Sultana who usually makes my breakfast wrap and hash browns just as I like them.

I enjoy eating my breakfast at this location. They are very clean and they greet you very happily. The place is cozy. There is only one Big Problem… the store doesn’t have WIFI it would of been very nice if i could use my Laptop at this location.

Small store, so really just good to pop in n’ out.

This store is horrible. Yes, it’s a standard DD, but each time I go there they manage to screw up my order-​and I’m not ordering anything fancy. Skip this place and head to a different location.
