The employees at this location need to communicate better. I hate having to repeat my coffee order four times, every single morning. I also have to repeat my donut order several times, and they still forget half of it trying to get my order completed too fast. The line is long, so they try to work quickly… but it really affects the service they give each customer. At least the employees are mostly nice and it’s better coffee than Starbucks.

Line does move fast, but after you order and pay at the cashier, you wait at the other window to get your drink, and it seems like there’s no connection between the cashier yelling the order and the people making it. Some guy is always there to ask everyone what drink they got to confirm the people making it are making it! I have come here twice once to get my free drink which is not hard to make because everyone got the same thing so I did not have to confirm my order, but the second time I got a custom drink and about 5 people got their drinks before me…

This location is definitely my least favorite, but it is literally next to the office I work at so it gets points for convenience. No food. Only donuts. Boo. Sometimes I want a wake up wrap, but low and behold they don’t have food. They also are failing on the use of technology because the last 5 times I went they weren’t able to scan my phone app. Really pisses me off because I put money on that card so I don’t have to pull out my credit cards and what not. Only good thing is that they are really quick.

Made my coffee wrong three times and then got an attitude when I asked for my money back. Caramel coffee. Dark with cream 2 equals. Got a coffee light with skim, 2 splendas. Said that’s not right. Repeated my order. Gave me a coffee back that tasted like amaretto and watered down. Asked them to remake it. Watched her add cream to it and hand it back to me. Then I just asked for my money back as they grunted at me. This place really sucks.

Moral of the story– don’t come here. I honestly love Dunkin donuts, I have since I was a child, but this place is just horrendous. The first time I ever came here was July 2013, and obviously in a rush to get to work. I commend them for opening up earlier than Wall Street, but that’s irrelevant to my issue. I ordered a blueberry muffin and ate it at my desk. Then something got stuck in my teeth, and to my demise– it was a fingernail. I did contact customer service right away about this but they didn’t get back to me. I did it again a few months later and this time, they did. They proceeded on connecting me with the owner of that franchise who told me to come down and pick up some free lunch, on the house. Mind you, I had this disgusting, unacceptable, YELLOW fingernail stuck in my teeth. Is that not horrifying? Anyway, I made my way down to this little hole in the wall and told them about my situation. The owner wasn’t there and so I was stuck with the cashier, who gave me an attitude. I didn’t want any food– but rather some monetary compensation. She slid me a $ 10 card and gave me an attitude. She tried to make me go on my way. Honestly, ten mere dollars? Finally, the owner came back and I argued with her for about 10 minutes before she finally gave me an attitude, putting more money on the card. She totally understood the unacceptable-ness of this situation, but clearly enough she didn’t care and didn’t want the blame to be put on her store(telling me multiple times they had their goods baked elsewhere and sent there). I gave it two stars because they gave me a $ 50 card, but a whole whopping spoonful of attitude. I used it on the Dunkins in the UES– they treat me better.

There’s always a line here in the morning but it moves pretty fast. Great place to get coffee if you have 5 – 10 minutes to spare. I’m eh on this location, have gotten burnt coffee a couple times while other times they make my iced coffee either too sweet or not enough. Have to yet get any donuts/bagels here yet, so it’s a strictly coffee review. When I’m in a rush, I’ll just go to Majestic Pizza next door.

It’s a mini Dunkin. No hot sandwiches just donuts and beverages. No place to sit. Order and go. It’s pretty fast and the coffee has been perfect every time. Across from My office and more convenient than the Starbucks in my lobby. People behind counter are OK but not 4 star. j

I have been a lover of Dunkin Donuts for many years. Their iced coffee is always on point and their muffins are squishy and divine! However, neither of these options are to be found at this location. The line is always down the street which I understand and don’t even mind if I could ever actually get what I ordered. The cashiers here are among some of the rudest humans to ever reside in NYC. On one particular occasion I had a cashier yell at me that I lied to her about wanting ice in my drink and that I was trying to rip her off. I gladly handed my CC over to be charged for whatever DD wants to charge for ice. She did not tell me how much she was charging me and she did not give me a receipt. My drinks eventually came up a good five minutes later — watered down and incorrect. I left defeated. I wrote the corporate bigwigs because I really want a good iced coffee before work so I thought they should know. I received an obligatory corporate ‘We’re so sorry! We hope to see you soon.” followed up by an email from the owner of the store who did not offer any help whatsoever. Not even a free iced coffee. I boycotted DD as long as I could. I switched to Starbucks(even if they over-roast their beans) but today I succumbed to the desire of a DD iced coffee. The line was still long, the cashier was still unnecessarily rude and I waited 5 minutes for my iced coffee while holding my own in the mosh pit of business men in front of the store. I am left with yet another watery iced coffee and the feeling of defeat. DD you’ve got me down.
