Dunkin’ Donuts

Lo siento, amo Dunkin Donuts, las donas siempre estan ricas, con la masa suave y el frosting fresco y rico. Y los sandwiches salados, sobre todo los que tienen ensalada de pollo o de atún son la gloria. Quiero de la droga que le ponen a todo, porque te hace feliz.

So slow in the morning. I had to remind them I got an iced coffee black. Twice. Got it 10 mins later.

Zero stars! AVOID! They steal your money! I gave the girl a $ 20 and she only gave change for a $ 10 and insisted that’s what I gave her. They refused to give my money back!

Efficient staff who knows how to make drinks the proper way. Staff is always friendly and competent. In addition, the store manager always maintain a clean and orderly store. Definitely recommend this DD location in FiDi as oppose to the other DD locations.

I got to this dunkin donuts almost everyday. I rotate between a small and medium coffee — its odd that they haven’t memorized my usual as they know other peoples.
Only thing is after 5pm or so, the food esp. the donuts and coffee are not fresh at all.
Today I got a skim latte for the first time and it was actually really good — I think better than Starbucks.
Again I wished this was a ²⁴⁄₇ DD as there isn’t one near my apartment.
If you go to DD as frequently as I do, enroll in their rewards perks as this location honors them.

I come here almost every morning for coffee. The staff knows my order by heart! They are very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this location, though it sometimes can get a bit cramped.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews of this DD. Fits my needs quick in and out and my coffee order is always right. I must go at the right time as I’m usually in and out faster than other reviewers.

Standard dd. Had issues purchasing k cups last year, but they fixed the display case issue.

I too am shocked by the negative reviews.
I have been stopping here in the mornings before work. The line will be out the door when I get on, but I am in and without 5 minutes. That’s AMAZING. I wish every other store (ahem– every Duane Reade and your monopoly on FiDi’s pharmaceutical sector, I’m looking at you) would take notes on how to move a line.

Why all the negative reviews? This D&D runs a pretty tight ship in my opinion. There is always a line because this is Dunkin Donuts, but they definitely keep the line moving. Even when the line is out the door, I have my coffee within 5 minutes. Stop being such haters!

Closet location to our home, but the guy behind the register has no idea what he’s doing. Tried to refill a Dunkin Donuts card and he tried to convince me it wasn’t possible. The guy in front of me in line wasn’t charged for his munchkins and had to do another transaction. Yeesh.

Sadly, one of the not-​so-​good Dunkin Donuts locations I’ve visited. It’s a very small location right in the financial district with loads of offices nearby (and donut-​eating office workers), so I would have expected better service. The morning I stopped in, there was only one guy working and I kind of felt bad for the people waiting in line behind me as I took two dozen with me to the client’s office. The guy who walked in, turned around, and walked right out as I was leaving would probably have been waiting a good 10 minutes for his carb fix.
The donuts, on the other hand, were still warm and were very fresh and were packed neatly in the box.
Would I visit this location again? Yes, but I’d check the line before going in!

I don’t know what happened to this place, but it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. As you can see this is an update and this place has changed. Maybe it was sold as it’s now got a whole different vibe and quality?
Customers were falling over one another to get to the counter and out the door. 6 employees shuffled in front of and in back of one another behind the counter, barking at each other and at customers a la «Olympia Café» from Saturday Night Live in the 70s — no cheeseburgers were harmed in today’s episode. As soon as a customer walked in the door, one guy would point at him/​her and ask, «Sandwich? Bagel?» How’s that for suggestive selling?
Well, at least they got my coffee right.
