Dunkin Donuts-Baskin Robbins-Togo’s

The store looked nice from the outside but I don’t think it’s that well designed. It’s a combined DD store from BR, but they’re not separated in any appreciable way. The line starts and ends kind of at an odd place. I can see the line stretching out the door when it gets busy. Maybe there are too many seats compared to the number of people who will actually dine in at a DD.
I got an iced coffee with sugar and cream. I actually thought the employee did a good job titrating the drink. I felt that the cream amount was perfect. The sugar was also light or maybe in liquid form so there was no gritty sugar granules at the bottom of the cup.

Only go to Dunkin for the BR31. Loved the pumpkin cheesecake seasonal ice cream. Haven’t been back since they got rid of it. Bring it back!

This is the first Unilocal review I’ve ever given, and it is that memorable that I have to do so. This was honestly the weirdest, and I won’t say worst, experience I’ve had somewhere in New York I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure management just changed, so hopefully the service will get better in the next few months. I’m going tomorrow because of how awesome it was though.

I normally don’t write reviews on massive chains but the service hear is consistently wonderful. So, I felt compelled to give this team of ladies some positive feedback. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. Every day I get a different person to wait on me and they all remember my order. The place is perpetually busy but it’s managed well, the line moves quickly and it’s relatively clean. By New York standards, It’s a huge Dunkin Donuts so there is always seating.

GHETTO spanish lady was so lazy– i told her to put skim milk in my coffee, she put WHOLE MILK. made her get me another one.

What is it about DD on there ability to make coffee? I mean doesn’t Light & Sweet mean just that? Light in color and sweet in taste! Not medium in color and bitter to taste. With that being said, I will always give any DD two stars but it’s always a «take chance» type of experience.

It’s pretty amazing how the standards differ between all these Dunkin Donuts that are dotted throughout the city like cockroaches that just seem to forever reproduce. Have been here a few times in the past when walking around the area and it’s just another standard Dunkin Donuts except that something seems a bit «off» at this one. Normally DD’s has decent coffee, but this one is meh. The one time I did purchase a plain donut here to go with my coffee it was a bit stale. No biggie as I feel they make sub-​standard donuts anyway. Not missing anything by avoiding this location as there are enough Starbucks and coffee joints around to get your caffeine fix.

This Dunkin Donuts is Terrible.
Price: Dunkin Donuts pricing is great!
Food: Their donuts taste stale, consistently. They always leave that gross stale oil feeling in your throat. YUCK. The breakfast wake-​up wraps are okay. The hash browns are SUPER greasy. The bagels are just GROSS.
Staff: TERRIBLE. They always get my order wrong. They are just rude. ALL OF THE TIME. I do not know what it is but they are just rude.
I would advise not going here if you have a chance. If you must, ONLY get coffee from here… otherwise, go Bagelworks next door or to the Deli on the corner.

One thing about me… I’m fussy when it comes to what I eat and drink.
I like what I like, and I want it made the way I like it. I don’t think that’s unreasonable, although I have seen food clerks shy away at some places when they see me come in.
Even though I’m aware that coffee isn’t the healthiest choice, I’m just lovin’ my morning latte with two shots of mocha. Hey, it makes me happy!
I usually go to Dunkin Donuts on first ave and 66^th street when I can, but sometimes it’s not convenient and I will visit another one of the chain.
It is amazing to me the difference between the other locations and the one on 66^th and 1^st ave. So much so, that I wanted to take a moment and write how totally off the charts they are when it comes to service, and that they do it with a smile!
Always!
Can you imagine that? Every day it’s the same atmosphere.
Welcoming, and aiming to please! A little slice of heaven for someone like me.
Not to mention that my drink is PERFECT. When they serve me, they always take a moment for me to taste it, to make sure I’m happy. They actually take pride in my satisfaction.
The Manager Amir, is a true gem. Nice, personable, and always managing that location that gets tons of traffic, that it moves quickly.
On many occasions I’ve heard him speaking to customers and thanking them for their business.
I mean, how crazy is that? It’s like something out of the past, that
neighborhoody feeling, that they care… that they take time to make sure you’re happy.
Two of the girls working there, Mita, and Shahanaz are top notch, but I think most of the staff are good as well.
I’ve read some of the other reviews, and can’t believe it’s the same place!
My experience has been nothing short of perfect.

Donuts consistently stale.
Coffee good.
Actual food: all microwaved.
Ice cream (since it’s also a Baskin Robbin’s) always with freezer burn.
I gave them an extra star because they allow the community homeless to hangout at night, free from either the harsh winter cold or hot summer nights.

I dropped by this Dunkin Donuts today for a latte and I’ve always known that it’s been a little sketchy. It turns into a residence for homeless people late at night since it’s open 24 hours and the service has always been well below subpar, but for some reason I always wound up at this Dunkin Donuts cause it’s closest to my apartment.
However, today they just drew the last straw with me. I ordered a latte and as I was watching one of the employees making my drink, I noticed she pulled out a lip balm pot. And all I could think was please let that just be a pot of solid perfume to put on your wrist. Butttt I was wrong. She dipped her finger into the pot and then used them to lather her lips for a good minute. She then proceeded to put her disgusting hands all over my coffee cup and lid and then handed me my beverage as if nothing happened. I’m totally appalled and grossed out. Someone needs to teach the employees at this Dunkin Donuts some professionalism and hygiene techniques.
If I could rate this dunkin donuts by giving them zero stars– I would, they don’t deserve anything for their poor service and uncleanly facility. I’ve decided the next time I need coffee, I’ll take the extra few minutes to walk to the next Dunkin Donuts instead and I think you should do the same thing as well.

seriously! Did I really need to repeat myself 4 times? It’s much too early for that! Coffee sucks as well!

Besides the depressing fact that this Dunkin Donuts used to be Peppermint Park (the only reminder of that place is the outdoor mosaic entrance — look down at the floor before you walk in!), it’s not so bad here. This is one of the closest Dunkin D’s near my job/​school, so when I’m really craving my DD coffee, I make the trip here. The only downside is that the line can get a little long, with all the kids getting out of school, the moms pushing strollers, the Sloan-​Kettering employees, and well, everyone else within a 5 block radius! I’ve eaten here before as well (flat bread for the win!) and never had an issue.

It’s such an odd pleasure to write my first «one star» review. I know that sounds a little sick and twisted, but it had to happen eventually, correct?
I don’t know WHY my sweetened peach iced tea tasted like someone had left it unsweetened, but that was the least of my concerns. I was more concerned as to why it tasted like MELTED BUTTER had been added to it.
I’m all about second chances, but I don’t think I have it in me. Next time I have my D.D. craving while I’m at work on the east side, I’ll gladly huff it an extra five minutes to the D.D. on York and 76^th. Absolutely worth it!

I always want to give people and places the benefit of the doubt. You know, second chances. Third chances. So, when I reeeeally needed a second cup of coffee this morning, not to mention a donut, I stopped in here as it was right on my path from meeting #1 to work.
What transpires:
I don’t see any plain glazed donuts.
«Do you have any plain glazed donuts?»
She looks around, then points to the strawberry frosted and says, «strawberry.»
“Uh, ok. I’ll take a chocolate frosted, and a small coffee with milk.“
I get to work and take a sip of the coffee.
WHAT THE F*CK DO THEY DO TO MAKE IT TASTE LIKE THIS?
I dump it out and make some work coffee.
And it’s still only 10:42am on Wednesday, grant me strength…
