Elite Event: Pig & Khao

This event was incredible and I am so glad I got off the waitlist to go! I had actually been here a few weeks before this event so I was really looking forward to sampling more dishes and hopefully getting to have some of my old favorites.
They had a buffet set up, but the line moved really quickly and they replenished the dishes so you never really ran out. The brussels sprouts were a favorite, as were the sausages and chicken salad. They were also bringing out one of their most popular dishes the Sizziling Sisig out to tables so you could have it while hot. Desserts were amazing as well — I loved the asian take on the donut (came with a green sweet dipping sauce). They had boozy drinks as well, although I get too red when I drink so I didn’t partake in those given that it was a day event.

Great event with amazing food! As the manager said, people tend to be misinformed about South East Asian food for Brunch, but it does exist! After encountering this delicious place I will be telling people all about it and hopefully visiting really soon!
The event was well organized, considering there were elite and their +1 present and had an abundant amount of food for everyone. The food was delicious and very well prepared.
