So surprised to see such negative reviews. Last Friday, I received a call from a driver who told me he was on his way with flowers and that he’d be there by 5:30. I told him that the office closes at 5pm and that I (or no one else) would be there to receive them. He apologized and said they could be redelivered on Monday (today).
I called the shop to explain and the man I spoke to said that it was no problem to redeliver the flowers. The flowers arrived at my office today and they are very pretty and in good condition.

Updated revision* After leaving very negative feedback, I received a very sincere apology from someone else in the company who was very professional and did wonders to clear up a pretty bad customer service incident; probably an inolated case of someone having a really bad day.

I wish you could leave negative stars.
The delivery person told my sister to «F**CK off» after he got lost.
I picture a fat angry man wandering the streets of manhattan like a bewildered irate baffoon, too pig headed to check a map, carrying a gorgeous bouquet (or not-​so gorgeous? they never got delivered so we never knew) of assorted flowers.
Poor flowers.
