Apparently this location has closed?! Do not come here! Wasted so much time this morning.

I am happy with this location it is very big. But few issue is that the changing room area could be bigger. The changing room area I went to was in the back of the store in the mens section. I didn’t feel to good getting undressed because if someone is 6 feet you can look in the stall next to you. The clearance section for the men is pretty much nil. There is a tiny section compared to the women section. But isn’t that always the case?
The people who work there are completely fabulous. The girl who was working the changing room didn’t say the word NO… ever. When one of her customers needed help she left the changing room and got them their size. I had to ask someone else on the floor if they had a certain color and they were completely eager to help.
The gentleman at the register was so happy to check us out. I wish I could have caught his name he had blond hair. He was very patient while we picked up another shirt to get one half off. I like that willing to help vibe I got from this location. But like always every express is pretty pricey unless you have an A-​List card.

Spilt coffee on my shirt right before an interview. The staff helped me pick out a shirt and even steamed my shirt while in the store. Very friendly and helpful!

I love this clothing store!!! I always find something whether it be a shirt, sweater or even a lip gloss. Their jewelry is very beautiful. I love the quality of sweaters whether it be any season. My favorite sweaters are from Express. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help you locate the perfect outfit. I have to admit, I cant help and also look through the sale section. Its great especially when their is an additional 30% off the sale price. I always find some gems there. Now on to the mens section. Their is always something appealing whether you are shopping for a gift or a significant other. Their tshirts and polos are of great quality and are very hip. The suits and jackets are very well designed and are of great quality. Once again the staff always willing to help. I have been coming to Express for over 15 yrs and I am never disappointed. Shop shop & shop some more.

I feel like Express really jips you off with their coupons. If you’re like 10 cents under the amount needed to use it, they won’t let you use it and if you want to buy something small just to get you over the minimum dollar on the coupon, their cheapest item is some sticky $ 7 lip gloss.
The lines in this place are really long. I think a pair of stupid tourists actually cut in front of me. The cashiers hold clothes for you (when you get up to the front and realize you’re like $.001 from being able to use your coupon that can give you decent savings), but they just place the clothes on the seemingly dirty counter until you return. They should at least fold the clothing you have on hold or hang it.
In general, the staff here are pretty nice, though, and at least try to help.

Store staff is really nice. If you think they work for tips or something, your wrong. They just love working there, well most of them.

I do love Express — their clothing is just my style! This location did not fail my expectations of a good shopping experience. The staff is very friendly and very eager to assist in finding the right style or size for you. Even in the dressing room the attendants are very complimentary and willing to run and find another size for you to try. The location is kept well organized. I will be back here and if you like to shop you should. go to!

Standing 5’7″ 184 lbs at last weigh-​in, you’d think Express would be the last place I would shop for men’s apparel, and you’d be wrong. It’d probably be SECOND to last, but my genetics are mostly to blame for that. No, my love for this particular Midtown location is born from the excellent customer service I’ve received here despite the limited number of items I can fit into. Every rep I’ve encountered has tried to accommodate my fashion needs to the best of their abilities, while also helping me get the best possible price. Perhaps the best example was when a rep suggested that I give the skinny leg jeans a try, something my huge wrestler quads (not to mention fat butt) would attest to. She didn’t lie, they fit like a glove. As I approached the register, the employee gave me a $ 25 off $ 75 discount, and I wasn’t even in possession of said coupon!
Great location, tons of space, and huge selection for your fashion needs. I’ll certainly be back there again!

I recently went into Express with my girlfriend because she needed a dress for her Birthday dinner. I haven’t shopped at Express in a few years because I am a little older now and prefer stuff a little less graphic and without a logo on it. One thing I can give them is their dress shirts always fit me very well with a nice snug fit.
If you are looking for jeans this would not be my first choice because I have a good amount of jeans from there that are practically still in great shape the only thing is that for me is they are pricy for the comfort level, but I recently bought a pair of Guess and Levis and really like the fit better and the comfort level of the Levis was so much better!
The highlight of my trip here since I didnt come for me was that they had a case of watched with about 5 of them on sale. I ended up paying 41 dollars after tax for a watch that was originally 129.99 and the first time I wore the watch I got 3 compliments within the first hour!
BRING COUPONS IF YOU COME IN THIS PLACE! THEY COME IN HANDY!

Great store however it gets a bit crowded at times. Items are pricey which is why I only shop during sales, holiday weekends or when I have coupons.

Consistently terrible service. For example, when I called the other day…
Me: Hi. Do you have the Zelda Jean legging in stock in a 0, and if so, can you put a pair on hold for me?
Her: Done. Byeee!
Me: …you didn’t take my name.
Her: Oh, yeah. What’s your name? [I give her my name.] Ok thanks, byeee!
Me: …can you check to see whether you actually have them before I come all the way there?
Her: But we have them!
Me: Would you mind just checking, please?
Her: SIGH. Okay, fine. Um… what item were you looking for again?
Me: Zelda. Jean Legging. Size zero.
Her: SIGH. Okay. Hold on.
Ten minutes later, someone else gets on the line to tell me the store actually doesn’t have any Zelda jeans of any kind in stock. Cute.
I had another sales associate forget to use a coupon I asked her to apply. When I called back about it the same day, another sales associate referred to my asking to come back to have the price adjusted as «sketchy.» Well, I took my sketchy little self back there and returned the clothes. The clothes are too low quality to be bothered with the rude employees.

Express… I am obsessed with your clothing!
This Express location is conveniently located on 34^th street between 5^th and 6^th avenue. Of course, they can be a bit pricey at times, which is why I go during sales or stock up on some Express coupons. Nothing wrong with bargain shopping ladies! You’ve got to be resourceful.
This particular store is very clean, staff is always friendly & helpful, and there is a new rewards program you can join. Depending on the time you go it may or may not be crowded, but it’s definitely worth checking out.
There is also another location in the Manhattan Mall on 6^th avenue if you want to check that out instead.

BIG Express… organized and neat. Not bad. Nothing bad with this place. It just gets so crowded but it has every color of every item of anything that you could possibly want.
I am a little over Express because the quality of their clothing has declined BUT if I have to go to an Express I will go here because it is large enough to browse and has a lot of selection.

I’m a huge EXPRESS fan.
I rotate from this location and the Manhattan Mall location whenever there is a semi-​annual or store-​wide clearance sale.
It is the only time I shop at this chain clothing store.
I usually get their tops and blouses, the dresses are usually a bit short and the material isn’t great. The lines can get a bit long, so come here at the non-​peak hours.

I like Express and their style, however I think sometimes the prices a bit pricey for the quality. However sometimes when there’s a great sale you will find really good deals. I think this is one of the Express that has most of the items compare to the other express I been too. Probably because is a tourist area. Their sale associates are pretty helpful when you ask them a question.

Who goes shopping the day after Christmas in the middle of a blizzard? I do when I have a gift card to Express. I found the perfect over-​sized sweater and matching leggings for under $ 50 at this Manhattan Mall location.

FYI: This location & the Manhattan Mall location have the highest volume inventory. So in case there’s something you couldn’t find in the other Express’s, come on over.
We were lucky to get a very helpful staff that really did «search the back» for a particular colored MK2 shirt that we just couldn’t find anywhere else. And yes, this location is never crowded, but I think that makes for a more pleasant shopping experience, why not? As long as you bring in those discount coupons, I think the buttoned shirts speak for themselves.
I must admit, the men’s department always look better to me than the women’s, any season. I’ve gifted graphic Ts, shirts, sweaters (and the list continues), to my boys and they are definitely always satisfied. Keep them savings coming!

Dear Express,
I don’t want to give you my email address… because you already have it! GRR! Okay, I buy a bunch of clothes from you. I love your style, but I only buy when your S$%^ is on sale. HELLO! Most of the clothes are made in China! Furthermore, a cotton summer dress is not worth $ 75 dollars!
However, when I do decide to go against my morals and «splurge», I am annoyed that the following conversation usually occurs:
Store Clerk: Type in your email address
Me: You already have it
Clerk: We always update deals so we ask for it each time
Me: My email address is

(silence)
(crickets)
Clerk: I don’t think that is your email address.

When I was 20, I did my errands in Manhattan one day without my iPod headphones on «as an experiment,» because my college roommate said I’m unapproachable.
So I stroll into this particular Express, and one of the associates starts his whole spiel, to which I respond, «that’s okay, I used to be in sales.» It balloons into a full-​blown conversation and in the end, I made the appalling mistake of giving him my number, which resulted in an array of creepy voice messages. NEVER AGAIN.
When my other half and I came here a few nights ago before dinner, this place was more or less empty. Red flag again, but she said there was a good sale, and I do like some of their clothes; their casual dresses are understated but elegant.
Needless to say, the aforementioned associate doesn’t work there anymore, and the staff here are super nice and accomodating! Not sure if its to compensate for the emptiness, but whatever!
