I think Fetch has closed :( I called them a couple weeks ago to order a chicken club salad(my fav Fetch item) but it just kept ringing and ringing. Passed it today on my way home and the windows are covered up with paper and it looks empty. Bummed to see this place go!

Nice little restaurant on the UES — good brunch options and good dinner options — kinda rare. Nice service, and very dog-friendly outside. And a lot of dog pictures inside. For brunch, the strawberry butter is so good, and their coffee was pretty decent too. But seriously, that strawberry butter. It’s like warm ice cream. I made some right after I had Fetch’s(lots of easy recipes online) and it’s just dangerous. No links here because I don’t want to get you fat(easy to find online though). We had the eggs benedict and french toast. The eggs were OK — the hollandaise tasted a bit off, but everything else was fine. The french toast was AMAZING! That alone bumps Fetch up for me. Seriously, the best raisin bread(I strongly suspect it’s just a cinnamon raisin roll sticky bun thing) and then fried up as french toast. It’s so good. I need more. The confectioner’s sugar is unnecessary, it’s already quite sweet, but somehow, syrup got all over my toast(OK I poured it). No really, it’s so good. This is the standard for all french toast now. The only way it could be better is if the bread had toasted pecans in it(and that way we can just call it what it is, a sticky cinnamon raisin bun). Fried with egg. French toast. Delicious, I’m incoherent as you can see just thinking about it. Get the french toast. Get it. Strawberry butter too.

Love going there. Aside from being open till late, always friendly servers and food is never disappointing. Highly recommend their shrimp fajita. devine!

I had figured this place’s business strategy was to put up the framed pictures of their customers’ dogs and then build such loyalty that they could get away with serving mediocre food. But I was wrong. The food is actually very good. And even non-dog owners like us could appreciate some of the soulful eyes gazing at us from the walls. Back to the food – they make an excellent french toast. It involves cinnamon raisin bread, which I usually hate, but as a french toast it was very tasty. Crispy on the outside, pillowy on the inside.

Awesome place and lovely environment. especially if you want to grab a bite with your furry friend. I enjoyed bringing my puppy(my yorkie his name is Lucky) and my cousin here this past weekend. The brunch was quite delicious and so was the dessert. The eggs benedict are good and the berry crisp was very good. Lucky licked the bowl from the berry crisp with pride. :)

Tried fetch for the first time: What a great experience! The bistro is very well decorated(hundreds of cute pups pictures…) and the bathrooms are clean(always a good sign). The staff is super friendly. The food, oh my, the food is excellent!

Went there for brunch today and both the eggs benedict and french toast were very good. French toast is made with this homemade cinnamon raisin bread, which was phenomenal. The Bichon Bellini was a twist on a regular bellini and had mango and raspberry purée. Overall, definitely recommend this place.

Love this place for a local brunch! Their brunch cocktail menu is AWESOME! I personally adore the Bichon Bellini with fresh mango and raspberry purée! The sangria is also awesome! The Huevos Rancheros is DELICIOUS! And their french toast is cut so thick and yummy! As a dog lover, of course I love their décor, with the entire interior decorated with doggie pictures and quotes. They also don’t give you a hard time about dining with your dog outside or make you keep them outside the fence, which is a lovely change of pace in NYC. Totally a great UES brunch spot!(Lunch and dinner are also yummy, but their brunch is my favorite!)

2 stars on Unilocal = Meh. I’ve experienced better. This is exactly how I feel about this place. The restaurant biz is thriving in New York City, and the meals I’ve had here are, Meh. Not the worst, but basic. There’s outdoor seating, otherwise I probably wouldn’t be back.

Fetch is a very cute place to grab brunch on the Upper East Side. As soon as you enter, you are surrounded by pictures of dogs. A chalkboard sign says«Wanted: Friends of Fetch» to encourage customers to bring framed photos of their own furry friends to be added to the walls! Brunch began with baskets of bread and strawberry butter, which was delicious even though the butter was a little bit frozen and hard to spread. I got the french toast, made with cinnamon raisin bread. The bread melted in my mouth and was very enjoyable. My friends all seemed to enjoy their meals as well, and it was an extremely affordable NYC brunch spot that I would definitely return to again!

Big points for the theme of this restaurant! If you are a dog lover you’ll enjoy staring at the walls admiring the puppies. There is also an adoption wall near the bathroom that tugged at my heart strings making me wish I could adopt a dog. The décor was charming and the brunch menu reasonably priced. We all thought the strawberry butter with fresh sourdough beard was a unique addition to breakfast. I ordered the goat cheese, tomato, and basil omelet which was decent and the side potatoes were quite savory. If you love dogs(and brunch) Fetch is a nice spot.

So the brunch is just okay here, but I love the décor. Actually, I happened upon this place shortly after stopping by the pet store and this place got me to realize — Yes, I DO want to get that dog I saw in the window. I came with my family and we were all pretty pleased with our food — the portions didn’t make us hate ourselves. The best part was actually the free bread and the strawberry butter that comes with it. I think we had to ask them to refill the bread basket 3 times because everyone loved it so much!

Came here expecting little, but came out satisfied. I went for Sunday brunch and there were plenty of seats. The strawberry butter was definitely as they say on Unilocal reviews — it was a creamy consistency and slightly sweetened. I ordered Smoked Salmon Benedict, which tasted standard, with potatoes and onions on the side. Only gripe was that the English Muffin was a bit soggy.

First sit down restaurant I had in NYC on my vacation. The service and food are wonderful. Portions are generous. And if you’re a dog lover, come here.

My favorite spot to go to for fried calamari, crispy and flavorful, salads like the fetch chicken club and Greek flatbread. I love the fetch chicken club more since the chicken is crispy and full of fresh veggies. It’s a big portion so 2 – 3 people can share this. I’ve also tried the Cajun shrimp fajitas which were delicious. I’ve ordered for delivery which is great, dined in and take out. It’s adorable how they have pictures of dogs all over the place since it is very dog friendly here that I think the dogs have a menu too. I don’t own a dog.

I got the egg florentine Sunday morning and I couldn’t finish it. It just… tasted kind of bland. However, they had some kind of strawberry butter with bread as an appetizer an that was the bee’s knees. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice, the layout was casual and laid back and the server was accommodating. I just wish the food was better. :/

Fetch bills itself as a pet and baby friendly place… on the UES — that’s genius! The food however is another story. Sunday Breakfast — my omelette tasted like it was a frozen entrée… i.e. totally devoid of any flavor. The coffee was good but service was a bit lacking. The complementary strawberry butter was good but the bread that came along with it was too crumbly and refined… This restaurant like many in NYC seems to survive on business from residents with pets and kids within 2 – 3 blocks.

Fetch is a great brunch spot. Right when you get seated they give you a couple pieces of nicely toasted bread and spread. Their raspberry butter spread is so so so good. Hinted by its name the place is revolved around dogs. That kind of creeps me out when I see pictures of dogs EVERYWHERE, but it still is a great place! Don’t really see the need to go out of your way for this place though but if you’re in the area stop by.

Yay to a dog lovin’ restaurant! Bring in a framed photo of your dog, and it’ll go up on their wall. We sat outside with our puppy, as did a few other dogs. I got the Huevos Rancheros which was pretty solid(no beans, but they had some guac on top). I also liked the raspberry mixed drink, it had just the right amount of sweetness to it. Friendly workers who loved our puppy haha. Oh, and I always love the strawberry butter that comes with typical brunch bread!
