My June 2014 Rating is Very Good. IGNORE the OLD reviews. Those staffers must not be there anymore. I am a happy patient who uses them on a monthly basis. Nikki is a dream to work with and gentle. Never anything but polite. June ’14 they are moving to a new site at 224 East 96^th Street, New York, NY, between 2^nd and 3^rd Avenues.

The absolute worst. They said they would send results to my doctor and never did. You can’t leave a message because their voice mailbox is always full and no one answers. Terrible hours of operations. These guys are worse than the DMV by a long shot.

The three stars may be misleading, but then again, this is a lab testing place, and the two-​star «meh, I’ve experienced better» doesn’t quite do it as I’m thankfully not a connoisseur of blood and urine testing. The point is, at any of these locations, lower your expectations. You will probably wait at least 10 – 15 minutes, clients will be grumpy (many of us have skipped breakfast, some folks are here for drug testing), and the staff person will be already harried by 8am. In this location, the technician was gamely juggling reception, testing and sending tests out. I guess the economy has hit this only-​game-​in-​town lab – NOT! Please Quest, staff up. Share the wealth. TIP: Make your appointment online – their phone system is, well, a phone system.
