OMG, these people know how to up their game. The staff were super friendly. I swear, I must have been asked at least 5 times by 5 different associates if everything was alright and if I needed anything. They were super attentive and even made some great suggestions. I will be coming back here again!

I believe I can fly! I think the men who work here really think they are ex NBA players. Referee uniform wearing testosterone with the stance of a body builder lacking hospitality. Am I losing my touch? Why are the men not running to assist me? Okay so as large as this place is it has more sneakers then customers and everyone present is doing more talking than purchasing. Moving along I ask the first gentlemen in stripes I noticed if they carry a certain pair of Adidas. I proceed to show him a print screen shot on my phone. He nods his head«no» without really looking. Could it be the onions I had for lunch? Again I reiterate and ask if he is certain because I did find these particular sneakers on their website. He tells me to check next door at Kids Footlocker and dismisses me by glancing in another direction. I am most certain it was the wedding band. As my first experience at this House of Hoops location I can say that as far as the appearance, the store is awfully maintained and clean for the most part. The AC was pretty good too. My primary reason for a three star rating. As I exit I couldn’t help but notice the long wall displaying nothing but Jays. I don’t judge but I am more of an Adidas, and Osiris kinda gal. I would wear some Jays and I have but they have to catch my eye. Perhaps the color and style because frankly they are all starting to look the same to me. Besides I cannot see myself purchasing expensive sneakers for my daughter who is still growing by the minute. Suffice to say I might visit this location again if I am in the area and ever decide to purchase a pair of Jordans.

This spot made me laugh! Walking in through the doors off of Fordham Rd, i think to myself… am i still outside? Why did i think this? Trash. This store was littered with trash blown in from the streets and sidewalks of the Bronx. It wasnt like a couple candy wrappers or potato chip bags, it was like ankle deep garbage all over the floor! Hilarious! After checking out their extensive(and overpriced) selection of kicks, i step back onto the Fordham sidewalk and… look! less trash on the sidewalk than in the store! Shoppin for kicks on this street? Skip right past this Foot Locker grime! Nuff said.
