Burger King

Possibly one pf the worst Burger Kings in the state of NY. Literally 1 person ahead of me, multiple staff behind counter, yet it took me 10 minutes to order. I finally order… another 8 to get my order, which was a simple two burgers. No napkins in bag at that, make sure you bring your patience if you eat here.

The place is a combination with Popeyes, so its pretty spacious. I decided to go for Burger king since my sister wanted the Chicken Fries, and I didn’t want to wait for the long line at Popeyes. My food order wasn’t much, but the wait was tremendously long. The clerks kept on chatting to each other while customers were standing on the side with their receipts waiting for their food. In the mist of waiting, this lady kept coming over to me asking me to buy her a soda. She basically went up to every one standing in line to buy her a soda. Not coming back to this branch.

If I could give this –9 stars I would honestly. The couple of times I’ve been here have been bad after bad…
3 weeks ago, I ordered a medium sized onion rings. They came out disgusting and cold and tasted like old frying oil. Didn’t want to complain because I fear they would spit in my next order or something
Today was not good either! I ordered medium onion rings and nuggets and the lady put my food BEHIND the register!!! and when i asked her the FIRST time if they were mine, she said no! Another worker FINALLY took the goddamned bag and gave it to me.
Me and my mom were hungry, so we ordered a large fries, and I can’t believe they took 10 minutes JUST to give me fries that were ALREADY made!!!
Not the mention the place was EMPTY and all the workers did was talk and gossip and taking their sweet time serving food!!!
I’m never going to this location again, and will probably not go to burger king as a whole for a while.

I strolled in this week because I wanted a Whopper. I got a double whopper with cheese meal. The fries were hot, my hi-​c fruit punch was legit. didn’t disappoint. My food was good. This location is merged with a Popeyes and is quite huge. Walking down to the cashier feels like you’re on a catwalk or a hood hall of fame. Lots of seating. HD TV’s, and Wi-​Fi are at this spot.

I almost gave them 5 stars until I remembered my last visit. They gave me a cold ass burger… How dare you give me a cold ass burger and she looked at me like I gave HER THE COLD ASS BURGER. They re heated the burger lol instead of giving me a new one.
My first visit was great. The food was Great the service can be better. Place was dirty all the time.

This is by far the worst Burger King, the employees here are extremely lazy and could care less about customer service! The only reason why I go to this location is because it’s close to home but after today it’s time to find a new location.
I decided to order my lunch from this location this afternoon and I received terrible service! I ordered a meal which of course includes a drink. Wait before I forget let me tell you about my burger, I ordered a Whopper Jr with Cheese. The girl who took my order forgot the cheese so she had to charge me an additional $.27. This is what happens when you’re not paying attention! Now getting back to my drink, I ordered a fruit punch. The girl returns to the counter without my drink, instead she told me «the fruit punch machine isn’t working». Ok fine, I then told her that I would take a Sprite instead. She then told me «that the Sprite machine wasn’t working». I asked her if she could use the machines from Popeye’s since they share a location but of course she and what I believe to be the manager said «No». They even had the audacity to get annoyed with me when I told them that I didn’t want Orange Juice when they offered it to me as an alternative. Instead they gave me a refund of $.50. I walked out annoyed… Never Again!

The customer service at this Burger King is horrible, beginning with the assistant manager who is not people friendly at all. The wait time is really long and they can’t get their wait line together.

The customer service was terrible, there was a line of 3 – 4 people and the cashiers were not moving with any sense of urgency. When I reached the cashier, I was told there were no more chicken tenders! A Popeyes with no chicken? And she had the nerve to snatch my debit card when I payed. I love the food here but you need to hire less «ghetto» people.

As Burger Kings go, this is a pretty good one. There is ample seating, which is generally pretty clean. The soda fountain is out in the dining area, which means you can get refills to your heart’s delight. In fact, there are two of them, to make it easier to access.
Service here isn’t particularly fast. Lines can get long. Sometimes panhandlers come in, and the staff doesn’t do much to get rid of them. That said, the food is up to the standards that you would expect from Burger King. Compared to downtown BKs, this location is affordable and seems to participate in most national promotions. They are good about accepting coupons.
This BK is conveniently located near several modes of mass transit. It is also open quite late (until midnight), so it is very easy to access and should enable you to get a satisfactory BK fix whenever your heart should desire it.
