James is fantastic repairing my shoes — I haven’t had to buy new boots or heels in a year! He is extremely professional and was even able to fix a small key chain wallet of mine. His prices are extremely reasonable, but cash only. Cannot reccomend enough!

They do a great job on shoes. I have also briughtvin hand bags that had a broken strap or closure that they were able to fix for me.
They are well priced and always pleasant and professional. I would not take my business anywhere else.

Outstanding Workmanship! I will never ever go anywhere else. I hope the little old man fixing shoes lives to be 100 if he isn’t already.lol. The store itself is like walking into another dimension of another time, the smells, the ambience, as mentioned the Italian music was entrancing. I wont mention how inexpensive his prices are, he might raise them! the toy /​collectors shoes from all the world in the window rival any collection, it is worth taking the kids to see them ooohh and ahhh over the window display itself.

James Fucile is a craftsmen the shoe repair I have found here is the best. The service is quick and the people are very polite.
The repair on my shoes left better than when I purchased them now they have better soles and heels and the shine made them look new.

This is a great place to go for your shoe repair needs. He does great work and he is reasonable with his prices. I had a few rubber soles put on my boots and new heels since they wore down. I am always greeted with a warm smile here. I also love the little boombox with Italian music playing. Just a side note, if you have a broken zipper, you will have to go somewhere else.

A good shop. Got my heels on my boots done, and they wore down a little too fast, so the nice gentleman who works here put taps on them for free. You don’t get that kind of service very often nowadays. 12-​15-​2011
