I placed an order with this company while visiting college friends in New York City. We tend to goof around a lot and decided to show up to a friends party in costume. I got in contact with the company to see how soon we would be able to get the costumes since we were pretty trapped on time (actually needed the costumes the same day). Boy was I lucky when a associate name Deb said she could help us out. Not only did she have the costumes we needed in stock, but said if I placed the order with her over the phone, our costumes would be ready for pick-​up in 30 minutes. At first I thought it was all too good to be true but I placed the order with Deb, and moments later me and my buds were en route to pick up our costumes. Long story short, Deb kept her promise. Deb, thank you so much for your help and laughing at my corny jokes. If you need to get in contact with this company, make sure to ask for Deb, shes the best and went up and beyond for me and my pals. Great Company and best customer support EVER!

I ordered an item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift over a month ago and it has yet to even ship. I have been in contact with these people over the phone (who came up as No Caller ID when they called me), and through email (which I waited two days for a response after every email I sent), and they have always sounded extremely unprofessional and always seemed to have an excuse for why things kept going wrong with my order. I called yesterday because they told me last week it would be shipping within the week (it did not), and after a woman who sounded like she had absolutely no clue what she was doing spoke to me for about two minutes, I was put on hold for an hour and then hung up on. A worker got in touch with me through his personal cell phone (Again, unprofessional) and told me that if I gave him my order number he could check the status of my order. Are you kidding me? I can check the status of my order myself, which has said «awaiting shipment» for the past month. These «workers» have been nothing but unhelpful and I have given up hope that this package is ever coming. I am extremely disappointed considering the gift I ordered was supposed to be a meaningful and thoughtful gift for my brother, and now I have to find something else days before Christmas. This company is a pathetic scam and I strongly suggest no one ever buys anything from them.

We ordered an item for a Christmas gift 2 months ago, that we have not yet received. We have tried contacting these thieves but they hang up and avoid people like the plague. I suggest to any potential customers, treat them the same way, run don’t walk, these people shouldn’t be in business.

I am so angry at this company. Over two weeks prior to Halloween, I ordered a costume to wear out with my grandchildren. It never arrived. I called twice but never got a human to pick up. The post office says they had a tracking number but it never arrived. My husband will contest the charge on the credit card. I wish I had checked Unilocal.This company has over two dozen names it is doing business as. I am way too trusting. Never again!

Don’t waste your money– it’s a scam. I ordered a Halloween costume and never received it. I called about the shipping time and they put me on an automated radio hold for an hour. It appears to be fake company of some sort.

This company has the worst customer service. They keep sending my package to the wrong address. I still haven’t gotten IT or a REFUND. Terrible!

I placed a time-​sensitive order with a guaranteed delivery date of my firm’s holiday party. I called them today because the holiday party is tomorrow and the item had not yet arrived. The representative, after speaking with the warehouse, informed me that the item is «out of stock.» Although she agreed to refund my money, the damage has already been done and I will not use or recommend this company. A very disappointing let down.

Purchased a costume online on October 9. It’s November 12 and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is non existent.

This company is not bad but a big SCAM. Suit yourself and do business with this fraudulent company. They charged me $ 29.80 on something that was advertised free. shipping. They will never return any one’s money. I really wished I had been on Unilocal before i went ahead and bought this. PLEASE BEWARE! REST IS UP TO YOU.

horrible business. they apparently do not accept returns during the month of October. they also have very rude customer service that is impossible to get in touch with.
I placed my order on October 14^th and 6 days later had no information on it and they would not give me any firm information when i tried to contact them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. After placing an order, I tried to contact them for over a week via email and phone (emails were not responded to and phone just continued to ring). After 3 weeks of placing the order I finally get a returned phone call. Their excuse was «they were changing warehouses so weren’t getting emails and their phones were discounted.» However, the had no problem immediately processing my money. Last time I checked this was the 21^st century and email is able to be accessed anywhere (even cell phones!!!) Therefor, if you are «moving» there is absolutely no excuse to respond to a customers email (numerous emails to be exact). Once I finally opened up a paypal claim against the company I received my product 3 days after and was contacted by them in regards to my claim. I had never received any shipping or processing information and my product had just shown up at the door. Regardless, my emails were only addressed once a claim was opened on paypal.
ADDITIONALLY, when purchasing my order I entered my info and paypal account when ordering my product. Prior to «confirming my order» the total was broken down. I was under the impression you know exactly what your paying for prior to submitting and confirming your purchase. Future memories is not under the impression. After submitting and confirming my order, a 6 $ charge of shipping magically appeared in my purchase amount. What I agreed to pay was most certainly not what I was charged.
I could continue to go on and on about how terrible this company is all around. It is a complete joke, has the WORST customer services, and charges you for things you were not under the impression you were being charged for.
STAY AWAY!!! STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY!!!

I ordered a costume online on a Sunday. I called first thing on Monday to cancel the order, I was told it was cancelled and was no problem. on Wed. I get an email telling me it was shipped, I called again and I was told that the lady on Monday must have entered in the wrong information so it was never cancelled, and now I am stuck with paying the shipping expenses of a costume I was told was cancelled and was never supposed to be shipped. Very unorganized! To top it all off I was told I could get a whopping $ 5 off a costume that I no longer need.

Run, run, run the other way!
I ordered a newspaper from them for a 50^th Anniversary present. Paid in full on line. They called me to say that the shipping would be more. I called them back to authorize the increased shipping. I confirmed that they had the paper and was told yes. Fast forward to a week later and I get an email that they don’t have the paper and they are willing to send me another date or year. Really? Didn’t the engraved cover reading «Happy 50^th Anniversary» give you a clue? Ok, I get it. They want to keep my business. I called and asked for a refund. Not a problem. You will see it on your credit card statement within 2 days. It’s almost a week and still no refund.
My issue here is not their level of customer service. My issue is why did you take almost $ 100.00 out of my bank account before you knew that you actually had the product? Why do I now have to call repeatedly to get my money back?
I paid in good faith and you should return my money in a reasonable amount of time.
They won’t get my return business and they don’t deserve yours.

If you can at all avoid it, do not give this company any of your business. I ordered a halloween costume for my child a few weeks before halloween. I received no email record of this purchase, and when I attempted to log in to their website with the email address and zip code I used to make the purchase, there was no record of it. I assumed the purchase did not go through, and since I got no shipping notification, after one week, I made the purchase again. It finally showed up on my bank statements on the same day, for two different purchases, and they sent me two different shipments containing the same costume. I finally got a hold of them, and they will not allow me to return one of the costumes to them. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly suggest you do the same.

Placed an order on 10−6−13 from their
website. Called on 10−15−13 to check the status and nothing. Kept checking their website and my order would not appear. Called on 10−21−13 and waited 44 minutes before anyone answered the phone. The lady said she would call the warehouse and orders take about 10 business days to process (never informed of that prior to ordering nor is it anywhere on the website). She said she would contact me after she gets a response from the warehouse. They sure didnt hesitate to take $ 33.90 from me on 10−8−13. Called up on 10−24−13, they said I would be getting an email confirmation that day stating my item was shipped. Nope! Called on 10−25−13 and cancelled my order. They tried to tell me its «processing» and should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. After I got off the phone, I filed a dispute with my bank. Do not do business with Future Memories or ANY of their several companies.

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered a costume from them and didn’t receive all the pieces that were clearly stated on the packaging. I tried calling 4 different numbers, all of them went to a busy signal. The only time it went through was a voice recording telling me they were closed. Horrible customer service. It is safe to say I will never be ordering any from them again. BEWARE!

Am currently waiting on hold (going on minute 38, but hey… the last 50 times I’ve tried calling any of four different numbers and getting nothing but a busy signal, this is at least a bit more promising…).
I ordered a costume that stated «ships within approximately 1 business day» and paid an additional $ 21 dollars for 2 day expedited shipping. No confirmation of shipping, processing the order, anything. no tracking number, no response to emails…
I will be dumbfounded if this costume arrives tomorrow (as it should), but I guess I can always keep my fingers crossed.
This has been a truly miserable buying experience. I wouldn’t wish it on someone I hated.

Finally got an answer after minute 51. The guy on the phone was fairly helpful and actually managed to get me a tracking number that shows delivery tomorrow, so we’ll see what shows up. This doesn’t change the fact that this was a miserable buying experience.

i ordered two costumes express ship. Not only did they not send them in time for my event, but I returned the items… verified they were recieved. then waited 30 days for a refund. NO REFUND. I called them again. they said they had to re verify my package had been returned… another 30 days NO REFUND. Dont bother i had to dispute the charge through my bank account.

I ordered two halloween costumes and they charged me for two, wrote on the invoice that they’d sent two, but only sent one. I called their customer service line, was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I called back, busy, called back again, busy. Called again, waited for over 3 hours-​still no answer.
Then they called me at around 5:30 (8:30 their time) and totally resolved the issue. They are going to overnight me the second costume so that I have it in time for Halloween.
