Recently went there as my coworker mentioned about a sale. I tried a specific down jacket and I liked it, but it might have been on the rack for months as it looked dirty. Before purchasing it I asked them if they can order the same
jacket online or find another one in their inventory list that carries the same jacket, they plainly said NO.
I walked few blocks and got the same jacket at the 59 th st store. The staff at this location could have at least tried to help me by looking it up on the store inventory list!!! They had lot of customers that day but the customer service at the store few blocks from this one is lot better.

Excellent customer service from Geox! Their handwritten letter with ripped paper makes me feel very special customer) also i was surprised with vogue magazine for kids) lol all trash from store you can find in your box!
