He tuned into this, and gave me an apartment he knew I wouldn’t be able to say no to — and within my price range — and i gave an app the next day, after having seen about 10 apartments with him prior.
I’m 26, and he knew what I personally wanted vs. what my parents would like and he made it work. My family will also be using him for their future purchase in real estate in Manhattan.
Highly recommended. Knows his stuff too, has a good grasp on how things should be priced/​what they’re worth. I did a rental with him, but for the purchase market he’s a good go-​to.
