Nathan and his team at global copy are absolutely wonderful. They run a small business the old-fashioned way, greeting each customer and providing any sort of help or guidance, always depending on what the customer needs. It feels nice that they know me by name, and going in to get my copying and printing jobs completed are always a pleasant experience. In addition to customer service and satisfaction, the work is a always done with precision, efficiency and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Do NOT go here. Ugh. I made the massive mistake of using this place for FedEx shipping because I didn’t want to take a box down to FedEx store on 79^th. Me thinks not. $ 40 for what should have been a $ 10 shipping (I ran the numbers on the FedEx online calculator). The guy next to me was being charged $ 9.50 for printing 15 pages — 45 c per page, then $ 2 minimum for computer time plus tax. And 2 of the guys spoke really bad English and were completely disorganized. Sucks that Manhattan rent is so high that they have to charge so high to reap a profit. Unfortunately I’ll stick with a real FedEx store next time.

I went in print two pages from my gmail. I told the guy I wanted to send him a PDF so he could print. He set me down on a computer, not mentioning the $ 2 surcharge. I printed the 2 pages and he told me the price of $ 3.15. I was astonished and ask him why he didn’t tell me about the computer surcharge. He pointed to a random sign that I don’t know why anyone would ever look at. No use arguing so I left. I won’t go back.

Came here to support a local business. I need to print from my usb drive that I use on my my Mac. I put the drive in the computer and kept hitting cancel I don’t want to format and the machine must have formatted my drive anyways and wiped it. I called and said they said there was nothing they could do. If you have a Mac don’t use this place go to a universal print center, F***x.

Outrageously overpriced for very low quality.
He charges you extra money for «computer usage» time on top of $ 0.45 per page. He doesn’t even tell you that you are going to be charged extra money for computer and internet usage. Not to mention the print quality was horrendous with marks.
Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS store nearby.

RIPOFF! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! USELESS EMPLOYEES!
I called ahead of time to check if there would be a difference in price to email them the material vs. bring it in on a USB — either way was fine. When I arrived I was told to sit at a computer without any further directions.
Two employees in the store and 1 other customer including myself. They charge per the minute to use the computers. I ended up going ahead and attempting to print, but their outdated version of Adobe would not let me open my documents.
After getting my documents offline and printing (35 pages total) and waiting another 3 minutes to check out, my total bill came to $ 21 for 35 pages (black and white).
I was in a rush but should have looked at the reviews below.

This small store comes with a big know how. I brought them a job that stumped the big copy centers. Nathan was not able to do it but he did it in record time to help me meet a deadline. In addition, he made me a «back up» master without my asking. This was about my 12^th visit and I have been equally satisfied each time.

Kind, helpful and acommodating staff, fair prices. Printing directions were unclear, so they let me print again for no charge.

Services both FedEx and UPS I think, although there is a UPS store two or three doors down. These guys are in direct competition and some ways. They didn’t have a laptop-sized box for me to ship, so I went to the UPS store. Then when I came back to ship it FedEx with them, they wanted to know how much UPS was charging for boxes. Modestly helpful, but I felt like they were more concerned with their competitors than with their customers.

I just had three different documents (a total of SIX pages) scanned, turned into pdf’s and loaded on my flash drive. One had to be photocopied before it was scanned, but the rest of the pages (read: five) were scanned through the copier machine. All black and white, regular print pages.
How the fuck that cost me $ 13, I could not tell you. Our office scanner cannot come any sooner.

On the eve of the supposed Hurricane Irene, this was the only open copy shop I could find. I was immediately pleased because I was not charged $ 3 to use the computer for ten seconds and print two pages off my flash drive like at some other places. I was only charged for the prints (50 cents a page, cheaper than FedEx-Office I think).

Swung by here when I frantically needed to print stuff. $ 5.90 for 5 minutes and 12 sheets? Well, it was more efficient than Kinko’s, which told me they needed 24 hours to do the same exact job (12 black and white sheets require 24 hours? screw you Kinko’s!). I guess I really ought to just invest in a printer.
