I have been to many GNC’s across the US and this is by far the worst. I thought at first I might have caught the staff at off times but after 6 different occasions I don’t believe so! The staff are rude first off, and I have very little product knowledge. When asking about several different products no one had used them or knew anything about them, when asking a simple questions such as, is this product on included in the current sale, the sales associate pointed to the price tag and then walked away. I will no be going to this GNC again and I will most likely buy from other stores from now on. Very disappointed.

Out of the GNCs I’ve been to in NYC, this location is probably the most disappointing. I have experienced a number of aggravations at this store which compel me to write this negative review. I was waiting in line the other day to buy a protein shake, and the two cashiers were just blithely chatting with their customers and not processing transactions. I gave up after five minutes of waiting(I was the only customer not being helped) and left. That wasn’t the first time I saw poor customer service here. The refrigerator was broke over the summer, and there is general clutter crowding the store. The closing time of this location is also on the earlier side(7:30 I think).

This is a really nice GNC store. It is spotless, well lit and appears brand new. Shelves are fully stocked with an assorted selection. Location is convenient for FiDi commuters, only 1 – 2 blocks from the train. Staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Either this store is absolutely brand new or, unfortunately, it is lost in the Fulton Street shuffling commute and construction. Overall: great find — an above average GNC
