I love this place! I go there almost everyday. I also send my piano students there for healthy snacks and foods. This is a clean efficient cute café. Friendly services. They always wear a smile. Owners are very good people who really care about what they do and it shows in the workers they hire. I love their great store hours 7AM — 10PM. You can get your simple healthy dinner there(Salad $ 6, sandwhich $ 5, soup $ 5) Items I love: their smoothies $ 6, fresh juices $ 6, apple cider $ 2, sandwich $ 5, waffles $ 5, salads $ 6, fresh cut fruit $ 3, and soups $ 5. I will add more as I try different things(I am vegetarian though so i will only give non-meat recommendations.). My office manager really loves the waffles. Many of my clients love the apple cider. My students love the yogurts with toppings. And, come visit us across the street if you want Accelerate Piano Lessons, Ages 3+:

After several visits I’ve decided to commit to four stars. Go Cups still looks new inside and clean! They have breakfast, sandwiches and salads. The salad toppings are stored in covered containers. They are not left out in the open all day. The frozen yogurt selection drew me in. I’ll be back to try the peanut butter flavor. Salads were fresh. The counter seating provides you with a window view of subway construction! Who would want to miss that while you’re eating? The prices are very reasonable. I might eat three meals a day here. Highly recommend. Check out my pictures for more info.

This place isn’t bad. A Mom and pops store which i support fully up until today. It’s early morning and it’s not packed they only have 2 people behind the register. So I go in like a usually do but today I wanted something different other then the frozen yogurts, waffles, or salads. So I go in and I say good morning to the lady at the register not noticing she is on the phone(but she completely ignores me, which is ok but not all that ok with me to ignore me). The guy in the back comes out and doesn’t greet me but at least acknowledged me «yes» is what I got. Now in my head if your a new business or a mom and pops store you want to be friendly at all hours to get people to come back. Today must not be there day or it’s too early. So I ask him do you make an «Acai bowl» he tells me I can’t hear you say it again” I say it 2 more times loud enough for the lady on the phone to hear me(as the guy looks at me in complete confusion) the lady on the phone yells out no and swings her whole left arm to tell me no as if I was deaf and back to her call. It’s not as if I asked for something completely out of this world cuz they have an Acai power bomb smoothie and Acai bowl it’s not too far from the smoothie. So I go thank you the guy doesn’t say anything like sorry or maybe we can add it into the menu(might be reaching with adding it to the menu) but say something something to make me want something else or say something to get my business. Nope the guy just walks away as the lady continues to ignore me. I have been here before and the customer service is better after 12pm when they have more employees there. It’s clean from what I can see the menu is not too big but not limited to 3 – 4 items. I liked going here before but after today I don’t know. If you want to try this spot out(because it’s not bad here) come after at least 10am hopefully they he their coffee and are nicer at that time.

This is a moderately priced fro yo shop that offers a great chopped salad with a selection of vegetables. I’ve been going here to grab these for a few days a week. They are friendly and make your salad to order. You just have to grab the kind of base you want(romaine or mixed greens) and go forth. Four vegetables later you have to pay for the extras but I don’t go crazy and its been a delicious, healthy and filling meal each time. You can also get some smoothie things here with fresh fruits and with«boosters». The fro yo is not bad and they have at least 6 flavors in rotation usually. There is also a small selection of baked breakfast type goods and some fruit containers in the front.

Cute little place that I hope people won’t overlook because of the subway construction. Very nice staff and the place is clean as a whistle. I go for the mixed berry parfait and blueberry scones. Fresh salads. Peruvian coffee and a range of healthy drinks and smoothies make for a fresh choice. Opens early for a pre work pickup and opened late as well. Tough to find fresh affordable options up in this neighborhood in the Far East 90s so welcome! Let’s hope they survive through the winter season with some colder weather options too.

TLDR; best place for green juice, smoothies are phenomenal, squeaky clean, staff is A+ __________ I’ve been here a few times and finally getting around to posting a review! First off, it’s not just a froyo shop. They have WAFFLES, fruit smoothies, vegetable juice, coffee/espresso, and a salad bar! The place is super clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and personable. I asked for their most popular vegetable juice(which was a tie between their Green Machine and All Hail Kale) and I got the Green Machine. Delicious. I didn’t even make it to the train without finishing! If you think all green juices taste like lawn grass and cardboard, you haven’t tried the juice at here.(I’ve tried the green juices at Juice Generation and I like the juices here better. JG is waay too sweet for me, to the point where my tongue feels dry and prickly. Go Cups is the way to go for veggie juice imo. It’s also a bit cheaper too.) The boyfriend got the Peanut Butter Superhero after seeing everyone else ordering it and after stealing some, I can see why it’s so popular. The peanut butter flavor was there, but it wasn’t too sweet and didn’t clog his throat like most smoothies do. It was pink actually, which threw both of us off, but that was from the raspberry.(They also put in chocolate protein powder in it too which I thought was cool.) Very creamy, peanutty, with a hint of sweet berry. YUM!!! If you like peanut butter, don’t pass this one up! tip: It was boiling(somewhere in the 90’s) and if you ask for your juice with ice, they give you however much they can fill with ice, wait for you to drink a little, then fill your cup with the rest so you get the full amount!

I stopped by Go Cups for dessert with a friend on Thursday evening. We both ordered the small Cookies and Cream frozen yogurt. There are only two price options per size, one for just yogurt and the other for unlimited toppings. I topped mine with slivered almonds, crushed oreos, and Reese’s Pieces. The flavor itself was very rich and reminiscent of crushed oreos, but it was quite sweet. I also sampled the dairy-free mango flavor and I liked the taste and the consistency, but I wasn’t in the mood for something fruity. For spending about $ 5.50 for this froyo(including tax) I would have preferred to put my own toppings on. I think to make this a better deal I should’ve gotten more toppings, considering I usually aim to spend between $ 3.50-$ 4.50 when I go to 16 Handles. I probably won’t return, I prefer the DIY aspect of 16 Handles.

I love this place! Needed a juice and my son wanted a waffle and who knew a place for both was just feet from our hotel?! Found it on Unilocal!I was pleasantly surprised to find a tray of wheatgrass waiting to greet me Lots of wonderful fresh juice and smoothie choices. A beautiful salad bar with a vast array of toppings and dressings they will mix for you to enjoy here or to go. A case with to go salad greens and cut up fruit and various bottled drinks to keep you hydrated. Coffee and frozen yogurt too! We’ll be back

Great new yogurt/smootie/juice/salad bar right on my block. At first, I walked past the construction and rolled my eyes. Froyo is not exactly on trend anymore so I didn’t understand why this place was opening up. Go Cups is more than a 16 Handles. They have a great list of smoothies and juices as well as a salad bar for those don’t like their food pureed. The prices are pretty reasonable considering and the staff is helpful an polite. Great for a post workout smoothie boost, a salad for lunch or a late night treat. Go Cups… you have won me over.

Happy to have my froyo fix right across the street. Think of GoCups as a scaled back Pinkberry or 16 Handles with a salads, waffles, scones and tea. There are about 6 flavors to choose from and one is always dairy-free. My fave thing about this place is that they offer unlimited toppings. However, they are either stingy with the toppings or don’t know how to properly place. A bit annoying but manageable.

Taking a walk around a few blocks north of where I live I happend upon this terrific new froyo spot that recently opened up here in Yorkville. I give them credit for taking a chance in this space that has been empty for quite a while considering the 2nd Ave subway construction mess is still going on around it. Hope they can survive it. It’s really a nice new spot for froyo and healthy eats. More than pleasant and helpful staff. Bright and clean facility. A small assortment of delicious froyo flavors they’ll let you sample. Topping to choose from. Fairly priced. Also have a make your own salad bar with an assortment of ingredients to put in. They will chop it for you too. I also noticed a small fridge with cold drinks and juices, and they make waffles too! Forget 16 Handles, as this place is so much closer to my apartment now, and way less crowded. Now I have a new spot to hit for my cookies and cream froyo fix.

Lovely little place with fresh salads, fresh fruit, but most importantly FROYO! The women that work here are extremely nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the shop is very inviting, as well as spacious. Tonight I got cookies and cream flavor, which was sooooo yummy. I also got a container of mango for $ 1.99, which is pretty cheap for freshly cut-up mango. I can’t wait to go back and try their salads. Welcome to the neighborhood, Go Cups!

I’ve only been here once but I am definitely coming back! The place is very clean and the employees are all very friendly. I ordered an almond joy smoothie and some cheesecake frozen yogurt, both of which were delicious. They also serve juices, salads, and waffles. I highly recommend!

This place moved in right across the street from me and I’ve enjoyed everything about it so far. Great juice and froyo! Their fruit bowls are also a yummy and affordable post-workout snack. Go Cups is brightening up the bleakness of the 2nd Ave construction. Service is very friendly and the store seems very clean.
