Go Greenly Inwood

First, the service is slow. I walked in to the cashier sitting in the front flirting with her boyfriend. It took her five minutes to acknowledge me and then she continued to take her time walking around to the counter. Then I ordered and she said «That don’t taste good.» I know what I like, don’t be rude. There were very few tapioca in the drink and the flavor was lacking. Its not worth the money or your time. Go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in or after I finished paying. Not to mention I saw the girl stick her hands in the cereal toppings and eat from it. Not clean, don’t go here.

I absolutely love go greenly… their yogurt is amazing, especially the Regular Tart and Taro. I love how they have a variety of flavors that they change every week or so so you can be able to taste the rest of their amazing flavors. The only downfall is the customer service– they always stay in the back and customers come in to pay and they take their time to come and serve them. Overall, great frozen yogurt and great price

They should receive less than one star because the service was terrible and very unsanitary, saw an employee drop blueberries, then proceeded to pick them up and put them in the mix-​in case, while wearing no gloves when before she was just chilling with her friends in the seating area. Bubble tea took over 12 minutes to make, where it usually takes about 5 minutes to make with an attentive staff. First time going here and it was a very dismal experience.

Had a deep craving for froyo on a hot summer’s day and didn’t feel like going downtown to 16 Handles, so decided to check out Go Greenly.
Environment: Super clean. Seriously.
Service: Friendly and sweet. I generally cannot say that for most establishments north of 125^th St.
Product: Yummers. Like 16 Handles, they charge your froyo by the weight… and if you’re heavy handed like I am, you end up with about $ 8 worth of frozen yogurt with a hodgepodge of toppings such as mochi, crushed Oreos, fresh fruit, nuts, and whatever else you want.
Glad to see this place in Uptown Manhattan and look forward to dropping in again this season!

Really good, really clean, good service… Really expensive… 2 «small» cups of frozen yogurt w/​some berries and nuts came out to $ 20 BUCKS. $ 20 BUCKS for 2 cups of frozen yogurt… That’s bananas. Not a froyo type of dude here so I can’t really make comparisons to other froyo places but DDAAAAMMMNN… $ 20 BUCKS!?!
They charge by the weight of the cup so go easy on that handle. I know I didn’t. Other than that, this place is pretty cool. Something new and different in da hood.
There’s another froyo spot on Isham and Broadway, not too far from this spot but it doesn’t look as polished as Go Greenly.

Go Greenly has the best frozen Yogurt in Inwood hands down! The management are very attentive and listened when there had been some issues. Please take the time to treat yourself to this hidden gem!

Update:
Still has YUMMY bubble tea, but I finally tried the frozen yogurt. It was good, toppings were good as well (Some pieces of cake were super cold, probably frozen) Just make sure that you won’t over do it with the frozen yogurt (it’s self service, just like most frozen yogurt places)
You’ll end up regretting putting most of the toppings, since you just want them all (They charge you by the weight) — I won’t be getting the frozen yogurt again but I’ll def come back for the bubble tea!

Stopping here with my son was a huge pastime until I moved away. I dream about the Taro still and have yet to find a froyo flavor that comes close (ARRGH!) The staff is super friendly and helpful and there are lots of choices to heap on your order – I often just got it plain and savored the Taro deliciousness. If you haven’t been in yet, note that the stuff is priced by weight and proceed happily. The only reason I’m docking it a star is because the menu/​price listing wasn’t clearly labelled and there was often chaos and loud music when we were there – add a toddler to that mix and let’s just say that the aftermath was always interesting to deal with.

Out of the three froyo joints that suddenly descended upon Inwood without much warming in the past year or so, this is my favorite. There are seemingly fewer froyo options, usually 6 — 8 at most, but what they offer is delicious. There is the more traditional Pinkberry-​esque plain tart, Sea Salt Caramel, fruitier options, and even more unique options. (Taro, anyone?) The toppings bar is fresh and plentiful, and the ability to order smoothies and bubble tea is also fantastic. At 59 cents per ounce, I can usually clock in a plentiful order of froyo at less than $ 5, which is nothing short of a minor miracle! Indeed, I love it here.

This is my 3^rd time coming here, I have truly grown so much place! It’s freaking amazing !!! The fact they are organic and have my bubble tea which is Thai is so amazing. I tried the fudge today, I’m not a big fan of it but I do recommend the taro, I love it. It has such a weird taste when you first try it it but it really grew on to me. The employees were such sweet hearts and very attentive. This will be one of my new spots !

Astonishingly none of their frozen yogurts are organic. They claim to use stonyfield organic yogurt, but stonyfield carries no such product. YoCream although a great product is not organic. Bubble Teas are ok but nowhere near as delicious as Dolce Vida. Topping bar selection is great but advertising organic froyo and having no actual organic froyo is insane. Call 1 800 PRO COWS. That is the stonyfield company and they will tell you they sell no such products for frozen yogurt machines.

Clean and cool. The bubble tea is great (get it with pearls! You won’t regret it!) and they have very fresh fruit to top off your frozen yogurt. I’d like some more selection in the frozen yogurt area but it’s a small store so take what you can get! Definitely worth a visit… or 20.

Yay! Just keeps getting better and better. I am ready to move in and live off these boba tea. Thanks for really taking the time to listen to your customers and make this place a neighborhood gem.

I am obsessed with frozen yogurt. So when I saw this place had opened up, I made it my mission to go. My first impression was «wow, this so cute!» And it really was! It’s small but not too small. Yeah, the available three tables, few chairs and that bench can be quite uncomfortable… But you can’t complain if you’re a frequent Pinkberry visitor because it is practically the same (Btw– Go Greenly has outside seating).
The flavors to choose from are limited compared to other frozen yogurts places i’ve visited, but the limitation doesn’t even matter because the flavors are amazing and unique! The toppings vary and aren’t consistent at times, which sucks because if I’m in the mood for brownies, they have cookie dough instead! But it’s alright. Overall, I really enjoy it and it’s very delicious.
On the downside however, the employees often get a bit distracted and forget you’ve been waiting to pay for five minutes. Maybe there should be more hired? But that would mean rowdy, ghetto teenagers looking for summer work. So no thank you. The service is alright and has room to improve, but it’s not horrible.

Taro froyo = 5 stars.
Bubble tea = 2 stars.
Bubble tea is gross and watered down. Bubbles are tiny and yucky. However, the taro froyo is truly amazing. OMG. Plus they have a good selection of fresh toppings. And it’s actually frozen. The other froyo place a few blocks up – both times I went the froyo was melting as it came out the machine.

Well, I gave it a try… my first and my last. Looks can be deceiving!!! first the staff had their kids running around, or siblings… who knows but they were running around. No one is watching other kids coming in and sticking their fingers in the toppings, but I sure did as I watched this all happening. As far as organic, WHAT is organic in there? no one knows because it is poorly labeled. Clean… not really…
There are three relatively new FroYo’s in Inwood and so far, unfortunately, all three suck! Inwood expects and deserves better — get it together FROYO’s!

Definitely my new fav spot in Inwood. I am yet to figure out how the fro yo is so creamy. Love love love the cheesecake flavor and have been there 3 times in 1 week to have it even after work at 9pm. Thanks guys for staying open late.
I’ll try other flavors on a hot summer day in the not too distant future. Oh and the prices are wallet friendly at least for now. I also noticed they have larger cups not sure what to make of those. They looked like party size to me. All the same love this spot!
Welcome to the neighborhood!

2^nd time here and can absolutely say it’s waaaay better than the usual FroYo place I used to frequent downtown. They have organic options — and just cause they’re organic doesn’t mean they taste it.
Self serve so you can get as creative as you please! Their toppings are also yummy — so it just makes it all that much better!
Can’t wait till my next visit.
